Hi,
I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -130. How is this possible that in prepaid my balance is going in negative. Even if it is how do we correct it. There is no online process on the site as well as on the app. If there is please do make me aware about it.

Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i will have to go to the vodafone service shop to complain.

    I too got a shock on the mobile number that i don't know that i have called a number 51717 on 31st at 12:30 and they charged me 1184 for the call which i have not called and now they saying to pay the bill which is not mine on 31st my friends told me not wishing them on the new year when i was in deep sleep at tirupati and now the vodafone says that i have called at 12:30am and i was speaking with some their number 51717 i don't know who's this number is it's like openly like robbing in daylight

      Helloe sir, i a have a vodafone mobile no [[protected]]. I have recharged on 21 july 2019 for my yearly pack which means 167 days are still left for my pack to expire but from past few days my sms are not going. I tired everything from message center to mobile networks issue but nothing seems to be working.

      Please sortout the problem

        Whenever you call someone the call gets disconnected and displays call ended..
        Complained a twice on twitter...
        First on 2019.12.28 and today on 2020.01.18
        But no response and no results yet.. Its a very devastating and irritating service from vodafone india
        Goverment needs to pay attention on this issue.
        Aslo net speed of net is very poor in my city..
        I pay full package of calling and net but all mere wastage of money and time.

          I, sarang deshmukh is a prepaid customer of vodafone ([protected]). They deducted rs135 from my account on basis of activation of 3 different services which i never opted for..
          Inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response. When i wantd to talk to supervisor no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. Its very harassing being customer of such a big telecom company. I want the complete refund for the unauthorized activation of those services.

            Value added service charged but not activated by me

            Vodafone india has charged me 150rs (75rs 2 times) for juice up service. I have not subscribed for these services.
            Opened a chat with vodafone support on their app, they say i have activated this service and cannot reverse back the charges.
            This service not activated by me and has been falsely charged twice - 31/12/2019 and 16/12/2019.

              I went to vodafone store in belagavi (Near goaves).
              The executive named jennifer said that i cannot convert my postpaid sim to prepaid sim. Then when i rushed to manager named rekha and told her about my problem, she first agreed to help me but later told that the person whose number is, he/she must come and do the procedure as my parents live away from town they cannot come, hence i requested her to help me but she told me to submit the noc form from my dad whose number this is
              This contradicts with my experience with airtel service center, where they happily helped me.

                I am unable to send sms to anybody. Whenever i try to do so error 50 comes. I called vodafone's customer care and did whatever they suggested to do. I have checked talk time balance in my sim. I have checked and updated the message center number. I have put the sim card in sim slot one. But these couldn't solve the problem. I have been suffering from this since past two weeks. Please help me out of this.

                  Vodafone company is making money by activating vas services on consumers mobile number and even after complaint, they aren't returning our money back. This company is damn fraud.
                  Even after i have fully activated dnd on my number.
                  They did it many times in past years and now this year they started it again by activating ts_how2vidw
                  And when i made complaint about it, they replied me that they activated this vas by my authorization but this isn't true, they are cheating us. I never do a single without reading what that all about.
                  That blood sucker company needs to get banned in india.

                    I am using vodafone company's prepaid sim card. I had recharged 599 on december 18, since then i have the inconvenience o[censored]sing the internet. Speed ​​from 10 kbps to 20 kbps. I often complain by calling 198 too many times. But there is no solution to my problem.

                        Hello! Hungama music is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs 30 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs 96.31. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Above message came to me on 14 jan. I did not apply for this service and i want my balance back. Seeing similar complaints from other users also.

                          Not able to contact from Vodafone prepaid and postpaid numbers to [protected] and other numbers starting with 1860. When we try to contact these numbers, it is saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to Vodafone customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now....

                          juiceup vas service charged without consent

                          I have been charged Rs.75 last month and also in the current month for Juiceup service though i never signed up for it. I dont even know what this service is. they are referring me to the trai cms app but that app refers me back to the service provider. I need a refund for these amounts. When I contacted cust care they referred me to the trai app to request a refund but the trai app says I need to contact the service provider for a refundbr...

                          Slowest internet service.
                          Signal disappears even in slightest weather change.
                          Used vodafone in a number of cities holds the worst service in each city.
                          Even after the vodafone idea merger.
                          Idea proves better.
                          No speed no signal.
                          I use single sim phone and many times important calls are disconnected because frequent call fails happen.

                            I recharged 249/- vodafone pack through sbi online platform. My money got deducted from a/c saying the recharge was successful but there was no message from vodafone/no activated data pack... I called voda customer service but they said as the payment was made through 3rd party, they can't help! Please let me know why this had happened & try to solve this problem. I would be grateful.                               My outgoing messaging has been blocked moment after i talked to vodafone customers care about porting to other networks due to very poor service and also pathetic customer service. Please reactivate my messaging out going service.
                              Moreover vodafone regularly after some time activate those services which i have never heard of neither i have subscribed it.
                              Vodafone customer care are liars and cheaters and never give any rational answer.

But amount is getting deducted for games portal pack without my permission. Pls deactivate all value added services for [protected]. Pls stop renewal of games portal pack.                                   Today on 14 Oct 2020 at 3.56 am. I have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 5 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern.and also deduct the balance Rs 7 .on date 3rd Oct 2020 at 3:15 am for downloading contentDesc from SK_Mobi. I complained lot on your customer care but they not understand problem and also not resolved yet.I have searched on Google and I found and come to know this problem is of lot of people's.so please look in to the matter deeply.

Rs.10 is deducted from account everyday. Pls stop this. Every time i am deactivating this but again it is getting renewed. Pls stop this.

                                    I received an sms for subscribing to redx scheme with a link. When i pressed the link, it sent me an otp and on instinct i entered it. And the service was activated instantaneously. When i realised what had happened, i tried to change back to my earlier plan. But it stated that there would be a rs 3000 exit penalty. What kind of a desperate organisation fleeces its customers in this manner. That too a customer of almost 20 years

                                    Pathetic service complained so many times regarding network issues kindly resolve asap or else have lots of alternatives
