Recharged my number with 599 pack but i am still getting data usage alert "as per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped after pack quota/validity" i have also sent the message "start" to 1925, after which received a sms saying that pack has been reactivated. But i am still facing data service issue and not able to connect to the internet.

    Vodafone deducted money from my prepaid number for showing some download. This is the way they are now cheating the people everyday. How this kind of loot will be stopped. Everytime, they say download somwthing and deducted the amount. Thry arr forcing people to take high value unlimited plan and it is completely unacceptable. Please do something for such corporate loot.

      not able to use outgoing calls and sms

      I Have recently done MNP from Jio to Vodafone. Have done recharged FRC with retailer, before the recharge as I confirmed with Vodafone customer care, they suggest me for make a outgoing calls should recharge pack RS. 647.
      I have done this recharge 14 jan 2020 with retailer. I had recharge confirmation from Vodafone but, I’m unable to make a outgoing calls as well internet browse.

      So, I have reached with customer care...

      I raise complete september-2019, but till not resolve my complete. And 4 months complete and vodafone staff is very poor and lazy also network team not install tower but saying me every time work in progress. My area any place not work start so vodafone team is very looser fake, very poor service provider. All friends inform you don"t use vodafone this is fraud company and his staff is very looser.

        Vodafone has deducted charges of rs.35 from my account on 05/01/2020 for a value added service named juiceup which i have never activated. Today i received a sms about the deduction and when i call the vodafone helpline [protected] and asked what is this service and why are these charges deducted? They told me this is third party service and they cannot tell me about the service as they don’t know about it. I asked them why i didn’t get any sms about this service activation they were also not able to tall about that. I had a paid conversation for around 30 minutes which cost me 10 rupees. This is a new way this company is cheating the customers and not refunded their money. Kindly help my money back.

        I am also trying to stop the service but i am unable to do that.

          Dear vodafone,

          I recharged rs. 219 for my vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) via https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp and pay the amount using netbanking indian bank. But the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 219 was deducted from indian bank account. Transaction details as follows...

          Your a/c xxxx003477is debited by rs. 219.00for billdesk-rinb[protected]/vodafone/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 19/01/2020 13:36- indian bank

          Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.

            Hi,
            I am a prepaid user of vodafone and my current balance is -130. How is this possible that in prepaid my balance is going in negative. Even if it is how do we correct it. There is no online process on the site as well as on the app. If there is please do make me aware about it.

            Please reply as soon as possible otherwise i will have to go to the vodafone service shop to complain.

              I too got a shock on the mobile number that i don't know that i have called a number 51717 on 31st at 12:30 and they charged me 1184 for the call which i have not called and now they saying to pay the bill which is not mine on 31st my friends told me not wishing them on the new year when i was in deep sleep at tirupati and now the vodafone says that i have called at 12:30am and i was speaking with some their number 51717 i don't know who's this number is it's like openly like robbing in daylight

                Helloe sir, i a have a vodafone mobile no [[protected]]. I have recharged on 21 july 2019 for my yearly pack which means 167 days are still left for my pack to expire but from past few days my sms are not going. I tired everything from message center to mobile networks issue but nothing seems to be working.

                  Whenever you call someone the call gets disconnected and displays call ended..
                  Complained a twice on twitter...
                  First on 2019.12.28 and today on 2020.01.18
                  But no response and no results yet.. Its a very devastating and irritating service from vodafone india
                  Goverment needs to pay attention on this issue.
                  Aslo net speed of net is very poor in my city..
                  I pay full package of calling and net but all mere wastage of money and time.

                    I, sarang deshmukh is a prepaid customer of vodafone ([protected]). They deducted rs135 from my account on basis of activation of 3 different services which i never opted for..
                    Inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response. When i wantd to talk to supervisor no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. Its very harassing being customer of such a big telecom company. I want the complete refund for the unauthorized activation of those services.

                      Value added service charged but not activated by me

                      Vodafone india has charged me 150rs (75rs 2 times) for juice up service. I have not subscribed for these services.
                      Opened a chat with vodafone support on their app, they say i have activated this service and cannot reverse back the charges.
                      This service not activated by me and has been falsely charged twice - 31/12/2019 and 16/12/2019.

                        I went to vodafone store in belagavi (Near goaves).
                        The executive named jennifer said that i cannot convert my postpaid sim to prepaid sim. Then when i rushed to manager named rekha and told her about my problem, she first agreed to help me but later told that the person whose number is, he/she must come and do the procedure as my parents live away from town they cannot come, hence i requested her to help me but she told me to submit the noc form from my dad whose number this is
                        This contradicts with my experience with airtel service center, where they happily helped me.

                          I am unable to send sms to anybody. Whenever i try to do so error 50 comes. I called vodafone's customer care and did whatever they suggested to do. I have checked talk time balance in my sim. I have checked and updated the message center number. I have put the sim card in sim slot one. But these couldn't solve the problem. I have been suffering from this since past two weeks. Please help me out of this.

                            Vodafone company is making money by activating vas services on consumers mobile number and even after complaint, they aren't returning our money back. This company is damn fraud.
                            Even after i have fully activated dnd on my number.
                            They did it many times in past years and now this year they started it again by activating ts_how2vidw
                            And when i made complaint about it, they replied me that they activated this vas by my authorization but this isn't true, they are cheating us. I never do a single without reading what that all about.
                            That blood sucker company needs to get banned in india.

                                  Hello! Hungama music is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs 30 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs 96.31. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Above message came to me on 14 jan. I did not apply for this service and i want my balance back. Seeing similar complaints from other users also.

                                    Not able to contact from Vodafone prepaid and postpaid numbers to [protected] and other numbers starting with 1860. When we try to contact these numbers, it is saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to Vodafone customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now....

                                    juiceup vas service charged without consent

                                    I have been charged Rs.75 last month and also in the current month for Juiceup service though i never signed up for it. I dont even know what this service is. they are referring me to the trai cms app but that app refers me back to the service provider. I need a refund for these amounts. When I contacted cust care they referred me to the trai app to request a refund but the trai app says I need to contact the service provider for a refundbr...
