[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Not receiving incoming calls /sms

I am getting the same problem. I am not receiving any SMS in my Vodafone number [protected]

@vodafone ...if he is not getting any incoming call, how will you arrange a call back?

I'm facing the same problem. It is really getting annoying. I tried to contact them on Twitter, but I received a generic reply and they didn't care about the issue. Since it is the lockdown period, I'm not even able to port the number or anything. It is hampering my job. None of the customer care platforms are responding either.

I am not receiving any calls, sms or OTPs on my phone number. I have already raised the complaint through the app 2 days back. It's been 2 whole days - 48 hours and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I understand that 12th March is the expected resolution day but that's 3 days away. I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for many years (15 years) and I have refrained from switching operators. Fast & prompt resolution of issues is the least I can expect in this regard. If the issue is not resolved within today I will have to seriously consider switching operators though I sincerely do not want to do so. @VIcustomercare
