Vodafone India — not yet received my refund of excess bill paid | |||
1- i had ported my vodafone number 9xxxxxxxx5 to jio in the month of july 2018 and paid more than the bill amount. This excess amount was supposed to be reimbursed to me. 2- i started my journey to get back my meagre amount of rs 184/- approximately in the last week of august 2018 and first week of september 2018 via mail to nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com. On 5th september 2018, at 12.07, i got a mail from mr abhishek kumar sharma via reference number [protected] that he has done systematic cross check and found that the refund cheque was handed over to courier agency on 11/8/2018. He has forwarded my issue to concerned team for necessary investigation of status of regund and he will update me through suitable media once receive update from them. I am sorry to write that there was no updation from his side, even till now. 3- i asked via email (After not receiving any update) to provide me the courier details. I got the courier details (Pod no u[protected] through first flight) but to my surprise, when i checked the status of the packet in site, it showed me just "delivered to jamshedpur hub". 4- on 22nd september, i again contacted mr abhishek sharma via nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com. I had written that i am yet to receive my refund cheque, though the courier details tracking shows that its been already delivered at jamshedpur location/hub of vodafone. I had also written that any further delay in receiving my refund will attract penalty on your company just like your clause on bills for the consumers who delay in making their bill payment." 5- on the same day, i visited vodafone jamshedpur hub and met the local guy mr premshankar prasad. Now, he was said that he wil contact me (He never did and i am always calling to get updates). He started mailing to his team but he also could not find any answer till date and i am still waiting to get reply. 6- all of a sudden, while your local guys like premshankar and subhrangshu are following up with your department to find the whereabouts of refund cheque, i am getting a mail from"refund. [protected]@vodafoneinfo.com" on 1st october 2018 that they had tried to deliver my cheque to my house but i was not available. I am surprised to get this stupid system generated email from your department... Your local guys are following up with you. I am following up with mr abhishek sharma, nodal guy, who has no knowledge of refund cheque and now, your system generated email confirms that they had tried to deliver my cheque..!!!
