[Resolved] Vodafone India — Outgoing call barred despite of submitting bills on time and providing the proffs | |||||
Hi, I have ported my mobile no. [protected] from airtel to vodafone 2 months back. I received message from vodafone stating i have not cleared my previous network provider bill on aug 4th 2016, and on aug 5th 2016 i shared all the payment details with vodafone through email. On regular basis i checked with vodafone on the complain status, but i didn't received any resolution. On dated 17th aug 2016 my outgoing calls has been barred, and now neither i can make calls nor use the internet. Request you for your help in the concerned issue, and help me to let the company realize that customers are not puppet in their hand. Please guide and do needful.
