Vodafone India — Pathetic network | |||||
I have an outstanding payment due for rs. 465. I have been experiencing problems with Vodafone network over a month now. I hardly get a signal strength 1 or 2 and no internet at all. I raised a complaint to an executive names "Vishnu" who very kindly raised this to the technical team. I had told I wont pay the bill until this issue is resolved. I KEPT RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE TEAM. a week ago you barred all of my outgoing calls. I then spoke with "Yash Paswan", a supervisor. Yash recommended that my outgoing calls will be restored. Today again my outgoing calls have been barred. This is ridiculous. YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM HAS GIVEN ME A DEADLINE OF 20TH JUNE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THE NETWORK ISSUE. how could you bar my calls until the issue is resolved. Not sure if this complaint will be resolved ever. Could someone in the world of Vodafone please look into this. Or I will have to switch to Airtel after happily using Vodafone for the last 7 years!!!
