Vodafone India — pathetic network & customer service | |||
I switched from airtel to vodafone in the month of october 2017. By the end of october i registered my first complaint of poor network & data speed in andheri east area. Today we are in the second week of january and till date i have not received any feedback from their end. I am yet facing network issues and poor data speed in andheri east (Where i spend most of my day as i work in this area). Yesterday evening i was chatting with mr karthik (A representative at vodafone customer service) and explained him the issues i was facing with vodafone network. After chatting with him for a while, i asked to be transferred to a senior supervisor (Ms bhavya). She apologized for the inconvenience caused, and asked me to be online so that she could look into this matter. After a few minutes, i did not receive any reply from her so i thought of writing a message to her. There i come to realize, she has conveniently left the chat as clearly she did not know what to answer me. I called the nodal officer team today morning and requested a refund for the bills i have paid off for the past 3 months (499 per month), and they informed me they cannot put in a request for refund. They admitted there are network problems they're facing, however they're working on the same and would resolve my problems soon (Without giving any specific deadline). As my 90 days are almost getting over, i am free to port to another service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
