Vodafone India — pathetic vodafone network

I am a vodafone subscriber for last 25 years. My office is at loma it park (Q parc), ghansoli, thane-belapur road, navi mumbai. The vodafone network in my office building is very poor, hence communicating on vodafone number is very very difficult for me and my 100+ colleagues. I was in contact (Telephonically & vide mails) with vodafone network concerned person mr. Khurshid ([protected]) and mr. Bipin pande ([protected]) since jan 18. As per the survey done, vodafone were to install necessary system on building terrace & booster antennas in bldg. The work was to finish by end feb 18, which is not even started yet. I have been trying to call khurshit & bipin, but they do not take my calls.
The reliance corporate park (Rcp) is adjacent to our park. The "reliance jio" office is located in rcp. All people of my office are thinking of joining jio if vodafone network is not improved.
