Vodafone India — paytm successful but mobile bill not paid

I have paid the mobile bill of 700rs for my vodafone post paid number on 20/07/2017 with the order number [protected] and the paytm shows successful but my phone bill was not paid. the transaction was done from the paytm account of Mr karthik with the registered mobile number [protected]
