Vodafone India — plan wrong activated by vodafone | |||
I’m a customer of airtel for better services i switch to voadafone. And after port i made frc rs 449 for plan 1gb per day and ul calls for 84 days for my iphone 6. But after recharge there is only 2 gb data is credited and there is no calls moreover it is only for 35 days. I think vodafone is worst. I’m accounts manager at mnc my company is currently using airtel and i thought i’ll give suggestions to company to switch it to vodafone but now i’ll twll them about the welcome that vodafon gives me. Vodafone provide me 2gb data for 35 days at rs 449.00 while i’m using iphone6... I don’t understand that whether i’m on right way or not but surely its not fair. After many calls to your customer care representative but no satisfaction level achieved. Was this information helpful? | |||
