Vodafone India — poor experience | |||||
Dear sir/mam, It was a unfortunate experience with vodafone where i am highlighting my problem with you. For 2 week ago i called in your contact center number i. E. [protected] regarding the portability and ask the vodafone plan. The vodafone executive suggested me that one of special vodafone plan with 100rs discount rental i. E. @399 and shared the benefit of it. Last one week ago my airtel number was positively port in vodafone. When i registered my number on vodafone application and found @399 plan rental without any discount rental, then yesterday i called in your contact center and shared my whole problem but as per the executive there is no any special offer on your number, then i asked nodal number but nobody help me out in this concern and straight denied i can’t give you the number/don’t have number. However @399 plan benefit as per the executive all voice call would be free with roaming incoming and outgoing. Also get 20gb data with carry forward for each month along with free sms. Kindly look into this and give the satisfactory resolution on this so that i can continue use your services without any trouble. Request number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
