Vodafone India — Poor service on new data connection_[protected] | |||||
Hi, I have taken a new data connection from baguiati vodafone store on 18.6.16. New number being [protected]. After successful tele verification i was not being able to use the internet facility. Please take a note of the below incidence which i have been through since 18.6.16 A) purchased new connection with successful tele verification B) inserted the new sim in open dongel (Beetle, model numbr bg64) and tried to connet to the laptop. Dongel failed to read the sim. C) then i have inserted another vodafone sim ([protected]) into the same dongle. This time dongle was able to read this sim and it worked fine. You can ratify this by looking at the data history on this number. D) i have been advised by tele customer care to take out the sim and again re-insert. I have performed this activity several time. Even after multiple calls i have been advised with the same resolution. All the attempts failed. E) lastly, a tele customer care executive have advised me on sunday (19.6.16) that my matter have been escalated, and i will be able to use the internet on monday (20.6.16) by 9.30am. Still after i was not being able to use the internet on my laptop with the dongle. F) during monday afternoon i went to b. B. D. Bag vodafone store with the new sim ([protected]) and beetle dongle. Store executive also tried to connect the dongle with this sim, but then also dongle failed to read the sim. They have issued me a new sim with the same number and advised me to check again after 2 hrs. Again this have given ne failed results and my dongle was not being able to read the sim. G) i have taken a plan of 5gb net but i have received a mail on my registered mail id that 10gb plan have been activated. H) again, on tuesday (21.6.16) i went to baguiati vodafone store with my issues. They also inserted this new sim on the dongle, but they have also not being able to use this on laptop. However, it worked fine when inserted inside a cell phone. I) store people have asked me bring my laptop to the store. But i denied and kept the sim at their desk stating that i will not bring bring my laptop, will not continue with the connection, and will not make any further payments, and askd to deactivate the connection. I have not signed any document pertaining to this. This the narration of all the incidence which i have been through with the new connection. So after sometime Ive sent my friend there to book it for me.. they refuse to give him.. I took day off from work and had gone there last night 12/3/2017 with my original voters ID and my GD... They refused to give me the new sim card with the same no. only becoz the signature doesn't match... Yeah the first time I took my sim card I gave it to the shopkeeper and he wrote my name not even a signature..
They asked me again to go ask for his signature and come back...
Considering everything I don't know why I even bother to go there.. that shopkeeper who wrote my name doesnt even work there anymore and moreover he won't even remember how he wrote it.. I will never ever go there again... As if I can get a day off everyday... Suggest me other Vodafone store who will understand my situation..
