[Resolved] Vodafone India — poor services and charging extra money | |||
I hold a corporate account with vodafone india, since 2017 june and things are only negative since then. They charged me higher tarriffs than what were decided and finalised and when i didnt pay the bills due to higher charges, they would stop all my company numbers. Once that got resolved, after a few months of smooth functioning, i asked for lower tarriffs and even after receiving a confirmation realised that they were yet charging me the older tarriffs. They provide rm's who are absolutely unprofessional and do not know even the basics of relationship management. Inspite of repeatedly emailing on corporate care and the rm, there is no resolution from their end. I really wish to port out of this service provider to airtel or jio, since anyone else will be better than them. Was this information helpful? | |||
