Vodafone India — postpaid bill | |||
I was submitted my postpaid billing complaint to vodafone customer care, nodal & appellate officers on chat, email, telecall, facebook & twitter. I'm waiting to get it solved from 11 november till today. I’m using vodafone red499 plan for my postpaid. My complaint is regarding the national roaming outgoing calls are charged me before the completion of 6 months from enrollment of tariff. (At the time of switching to vodafone postpaid, vodafone representative confirmed me about the offer of free national roaming incoming & outgoing calls). Past billing details for reference – 1. June 2017 / paid bill 318.14 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 92:00mins / charges – 0.00 2. July 2017 / paid bill 390.25 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 260:00mins / charges – 0.00 3. August 2017 / paid bill 581.9 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 236:00mins / charges – 0.00 4. September 2017 / paid bill 606.18 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 333:00mins / charges – 17.45 5. October 2017 / paid bill 664.25 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 150:00mins / charges – 60.30 6. November 2017 / bill 1337.37 rs National roaming outgoing calls = 697:00mins / charges – 626.80. National roaming outgoing calls & their charges in the month of september, october & november are self explanatory. I request vodafone to do the correction& send me the revised bill asap.
