Vodafone India — Refund of security amount

Dear sir/ma’am

I am sarvanan, vodafone postpaid number: [protected]

Which i port it into airtel postpaid on 22nd of january ’2016 against which security deposit was of rs.250/- which i was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 60 days have passed i have not received the same, on contacting customer care they say to visit vodafone store, after visiting vodafone store they told me that there is no security deposit in my account after again contacting customer care he said you will get your cheque in a day, till yet no correspondence i have received nor the cheque. After that i visit again vodafone store on march 24th 2016, they (Amit and riya) informed me that the cheque is returned due to some issue, and they (Amit and riya) written a complaint to get cheque on vodafone store itself. (N - 1, south extension, part - 1, new delhi, delhi - 110049, india).

Furthermore the cheque was not delivered within the stipulated 45 days from the date your records show the request was registered. On may 19th, 2016 i visit vodafone store to check whether cheque is ready to get, in the communication with customer executive (Alok), i was told that the cheque was dispatched on the 29th of feburary, 2016, to some unknown person name tiwari, appartment guard and shown the details as given below:

How could it possible the owner of the number didn’t receive the cheque but the executive informing that they are delivered to some unknown person and declaring that it is delivered to you. As per law is it right? It is bull.

They (Vodafone) are seriously making the person mad, some one says your cheque is returned due to issue, how is it possible at the time of sending bills, they come on time and some one says it is dispatched to some guard name tiwari, how is it possible the cheque received by some other person not by number owner and it was guard.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else i take any further actions.
