My number is [protected]... My nuber unfortunely active follow vas service.. As soon as i deactive this service.. Within few hours less than 24 hours.. But sill now i did not get refund money (45 rupees)... I hopeless.. Now what i do.. Plz said... What is think... Vodafone telecom eperator for customer.? Near they customer is not valuable...In future i did not recomend public to left vodafone operator.. As soon as.. They left vodafone operator..

    I have been charged 60 Rs for a mini movie pack without my consent. Had just made a recharge towards my 3g pack and immediately they have deducted amt Rs. 60 this is happening since 3 months they are deducting every 15 days as i have not seen their sms deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
    This is unacceptable please credit amount deducted without my consent.

      Hi all,
      I am vodafone prepaid customer up east, my number is [protected] and on 21st evening the services like incoming, outgoing, sms, 3g, everything has been blocked, once i approached the customer care they said it has been booked by trai and we can not do anything, than i approached vodafone office at kanpur, they also repeated the same thing, and said we can not do anything, please contact trai. I asked for trai number but they said we can't do anything,
      Than i written a mail to nodal officer of vodafone on saturday, and they reverted on monday that your issue is forwarded to up east number, and given a custom care number. Which i tried 5-6 times, but its only recording playing, no one takes calls…
      Really fed up with this, worst people to speak to, they just misguide the customer and nothing else,
      Can someone help me, how to solve this problem.

        This is regarding my bill (mobile number - [protected]) generated in April 2016. I had 3G service on my number activated using *111# and in that description of the service activation it was mentioned 3G Unlimited 1GB at 250. Even after service activation it showed 3G Unlimited plan and its usage. It was never shown anything regarding any capping or additional charges after using 1 GB.

        On 22nd March 2016, I had to use my data and in the process I used 1.2 GB of data. Note - I did not get any message or notification when the 1GB limit had reached nor got any notification that I will be charged for the additional usage. After sometime I checked manually the data usage amount using *111# and then saw that I had used 1.2 GB. I then realized that probably now I will get reduced speed so I stopped using the data.

        When the bill arrived on 10th April I saw that I had been charged Rs. 750 for the additional usage. I had already raised a complaint (on 16th April) regarding it and had got a call from one of the supervisors on 17th or 18th April from[protected] and was assured that he had raised a request for my refund via an email and the request will take sometime to resolve due to system issues. He had said he will call me back by 02 May and confirm the refund.

        But I did not get any call from him. When I got my latest bill on May 10 realized that my refund has not been processed. Now this is not acceptable from Vodafone.

        When I activated the service I was first of all not informed about the limit or additional charges after 1 GB. After I crossed 1 GB then also no notification to notify me. If the service name shows 3G Unlimited then it does not mean it has a limitation of 1GB or 750 rupees whatsoever.

        Very very dissapointed by Vodafone service and the lies told by supervisors.

        I dont support cheating money in any way.. Its not first time I have seen Vodafone cheating. Enough loot of money.

        It is Vodafone's responsibility that you need to inform the customer about the capping plan and the charges after 1GB. If Vodafone mentioned just 3G Unlimited and charge after 1GB it is not unlimited plan but a cheating plan.

        I had called customer care and emailed to the corporate care number and following up since 15 days. But no one is responding. Looks they do it intentionally.

            This stupid page popped up and when i returned back without approving it still deducted my money.
            Vodafone shd make sure and take prior permission for this .

            I am guessing you used the Vodafone app to make a recharge or pay your bill. This is a common problem, one that I have faced a couple of times. I recommend you uninstall the app immediately and instead try a third-party bill payment/mobile recharge app like Bill Bachao. Their payment gateway page is similar to what you see when paying online at most merchant stores, and the processing is immediate. I usually get my balance credited within minutes. The main reason I stuck with Bill Bachao was the cash back offers you get (they claim to offer a maximum of 100 Rs cash back per month).download this app here- http://bit.ly/ormbb

              I want to place a complaint about your dealer, he took a bill from me and didn't summit to your office. Now my simcard is been switched off and am facing many problem. If you are alive then do something, i want my simcard back as soon as possible. I didn't face this much problem with any company. Really man i am fed up with your all the staff working here they just took me here and there. Why can't they say the one thing. Please do something.

                One month ago, i have visited vodafone store and request them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to pay the bill and i did the same. They told me that my request has been generated and my number will change in prepaid after two hours. They also gave me a prepaid sim. But now after one month i am receiving the bill again. Then why should i pay the bill again when i requested them to change my number into prepaid???

I am contacting the local distributor since february-2016, but till now there is no response from the person, they are just avoiding by saying that they will come today, tomorrow.. Etc..                     I have taken a vodafone post paid number ([protected]) with a monthly plan of 375. After 2 weeks, i updated them with my new address in order to complete the verification process. The verification didn't happen from their side and one fine day, they disconnected my service. I am in new place and i relied a lot on having a mobile connection to get things done. I was put in a difficult situation. I called my vodafone poc to help me with this, but nothing happened.
                    So i took an airtel number. No i had been spamming my mailbox with nonpayment of bill payments and threats of legal notice. And i used the service for less than 1 month and the bill says 778. I asked the break up of bill, but they refused to provide. Also, i asked them to confirm the closure of this account as the number was taken out of service from their side, so that once i settle this, i will not get further bills. Such confirmations are not being shared and i am now put to emotional harassment by sending legal notices. I had already been been through a lot of stress, because of vodafone, when they disconnected my mobile phone service, without notice.

                      I have been chasing vodaphone for v bad signal for the last two mths no solution nor they let me move to other service provider before 90 days that is not right so i have no other option but to pay for their crap service i need solution i pay for service vodaphone agree there is problem in my area but no reply when they clear ? no fix time limit so i have one option i pay them till 90 days for total crap service?

                        It has been around 16 months ever since i have surrendered my sim card registered for postpaid scheme of vodafone.

                        Even after the complete payment of all dues, the security deposit amount is not paid back to me or my friend.

                          My postpaid mobile number is [protected] . i have a postpaid plan rs 199 where i have 200min free. in bill details it is shown that i have called to same number for 3 or 4 times continuously. i called to x number continuously after break of 5 sec. / 2 sec / 3 sec. how can i call to same number repeatedly. if i want to call why should i call again and again. if i talk i can talk in single call. there is no need to make again and again call. So Vodafone lost 200 min in fake billing and after they charged above 200 min.

                              My Vodafone number is [protected]. I have cancelled my Vodafone number 3 months ago . Even I got the cancellation request mail with the Service request number. But they didn't cancelled. I have sent many mails, if they not cancelled then its not my mistake. They forcing me to pay Rs. 1500 . They called me almost 3-5 times in a week, even they abusing me.

                              It was very irritating for me because of my busy schedule. So last time I said I am ready to pay Rs. 1500 but I need confirmation letter of cancellation of my Vodafone number [protected]. But Vodafone employees not ready to give.

                              This week I got e-mail threat of Legal Notice. Might be I receive legal notice very soon by post.

                              Once again I am telling Vodafone employees, If you are ready to give cancellation letter I am ready to pay Rs. 1500 otherwise I am ready to fight legal battle against Vodafone.

                                I am a valuable customer of Vodafone for last 8 years...but the experience after having post paid number is pathetic

                                I have raised complaint for feb-march 16 bill and in the month of May after adding 3 months rental for post paid connectio, vodafone suspended my number without even intimating me.

                                I have gone international in the month of feb16 and after returning back..got the bill for using data international for rs 4000 approx

                                I have complained for not using data services but no feedback from Vodafone. From then onwards my outgoing service was suspended without giving me any intimation.

                                In the month of May. .had a chat with Vodafone executive shantanu for waiver of charges..After 2 hours of arguments..He agreed to waive and asked me to pay rs 3200 as final settlement, he told me to pay final amount against the waived bill to be sent at my mail I'd. .against which I have to pay..and my no will be activated again for outgoing

                                But till date no such mail received and my no was suspended from last 8 days without intimating me again.

                                It was just intolerable for me now to bear this issue anymore.

                                  All of a sudden spike in my april 2016 bill from vodafone.
                                  I usually billed averagely around rs 1000. And now all of a sudden its doubled.
                                  I saw the detailed bill and the internet usage just shows absurd figures.Infact i switch to wifi when i am at home and downloading something, then how can the internet data usage sky rocket with the wi-fi on?
                                  I have been writing to vodafone since last 10 days but havent got an solution as yet. They simply keep forwarding generic replies. Vodafone needs to clear this unexplainable figure from my bill.

                                    I would like to inform you that i am a retailer named as "shubhra enterprise" located at dhirenpara, itabhata, guwahati-25. This is to bring to your kind concern that dsa named mr. Abhijeet is very much unprofessional and always carrying ego and attitude with him whenever he comes to the shop for delivering the recharge paper vouchers. Moreover, sometimes he gave us warning stating that "if he will not give us e-top sim and vouchers, nobody has that authorization to deliver the products of vodafone at our doorstep." i would also like to inform you that, i have started my entrepreneurship on 16th apr'16 and from that day onwards i have purchased a huge amount of paper vouchers on alternate day basis (Datas are at your end if you want to check). I have informed the same to asm-guwahati named ms. Agnijeeta but she consoled me saying that i will get my e-top sim on 1st june'16 but that too with a uncertainty.
                                    My point is that if i get such service from dsa with warnings, my hope on master company like vodafone will fade and come to an end of our mutual relationship and further referrals.

                                      I have been using Vodafone number for the past 11 years. I did a 3g recharge of RS. 297 on my number on Sunday, but 5 days have passed and i am getting only 2g speed. I have called the customer care almost 10 times. And they falsely promise that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. 5 days have passed but the issue still persists. Even i talked with the senior of the executive, i dont understand why it is taking such a long time for them to resolve such a small issue. Even there executives are untrained professionals. Frustrated and disgusted with this service. I asked them to refund my money, they said no. I asked them to increase the validity of my pack they said no. Yet to get the issue resolved.

                                      Vodafone India — Regarding call rate

                                      Daer subscriber im felt very bad about the services whatever you are giving. I activated the plan of !4 rupess STD plan but the calls are not going. So i really hate this service.

                                        Hi,

                                        In may month of 2016 vodafone bill deducted 99/- mconverge fashion [protected]@99, which i never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. They says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
                                        I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                                        Do i need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                                        Sir/Madam, I have lost my Sim no [protected]. Hence block the sim card immediately, so that it cann't be used by miscreants.
