I took a new postpaid connection on 16th may. The Vodafone executive came and collected documents. He promised that with in 48 hrs the connection will be activated. But till today the connection is not activated. Every time I get a response that verification is not done and I will get a verification call in next few minutes. But those minutes never come.

I have made the bill payment of my Vodafone number [protected] for Rs 4500 through my credit card on 15/05/2016. still I am receiving calls for the bill payment. I have already made the payment and the amount is showing in my card statement. I called the customer care number they told me that the amount that I have paid would be reversed. They have registered by complaint and asked me to pay again. But I have not made any payment again. You are requested to please do the needful on priority basis and update the payment or refund my paid amount of Rs. 4500/- in my credit card account..

Which i port it into airtel postpaid on 22nd of january ’2016 against which security deposit was of rs.250/- which i was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 60 days have passed i have not received the same, on contacting customer care they say to visit vodafone store, after visiting vodafone store they told me that there...

I have just recieved a letter saying my account has been suspended until i pay money owing on my account to the total of £13.41, i do not and never have had a contract wih vodafone and never will so why are they demanding me to settle an account i never had they ask me to phone them on 191 on my phone that do not excist how do they get this information so wrong and upset people so freely i do not know what to do and i certainly not going to phone them and be put on hold at my exspence so please is there anyway you can help or contact them to find out why i have been sent this bill, how can they suspend my phone when i have never had one, and i do not want anymore threating letters demanding money i do not owe or have thank you mr phillip hansford

I had a data plan in my Vodafone postpaid of 1GB 3G data, in which after 1GB
i would be charged, but suddenly one day i get a msg that i am not active in any data plan & when i call the customer care they say that i am active but the caping has been removed from my data service now its 1gb 3G unlimited in which i wont be charged after 1gb only my net speed will be slow, this was said in the morning by a customer care executive but when i again called up the customer care in evening he said its not an unlimited plan, this is the confusion going on from 1 week and my unbilled amount is also getting increased everyday as i used data service because of the customer care executive's wrong info.
worst service provided by customer care due to faulty system provided to them due to which they always say is this problem is due to technical fault in system.

My no. Is [protected]... I m a businessman... I communicate with my students by sending sms... But.. Without any valid reason, my outgoing sms facility has been blocked... I called cc several time... Every time i got different answers... I m still suffering to send sms... It affects my business... I need a solution immideately... How can it be blocked without informing?... Where to complain about this?.. How to reactivate my sms service?...

Complaint no.[protected]. After that the message and invoice sent on phone your phone is not available to contact you. The person came to me give details you got 18000 second local & std.200 sms local & national. While they are giving me as per bill 250 mints.&100 sms +some data this is the problem in paying bill while they give me 200 sms now charging for the same

I have replaced my old vodafone sim with a new vodafone sim from vodafone mine store. Store in charge charged me rs.25 for new sim. When sim was started after about 2 hr, again rs 25 was deducted from my account balance. I visited to store and asked to store in charge about deduction. He told me that 25 was charged for new sim by him and 25 again was deducted from my account for activation of sim from vodafone. But when i talked to customer care they told me that only 25 is charged from your account balance for purchase of new sim. Here i request you to please process my complaint and some serious action should to be taken for these type of guys who had been cheating customer in name of vodafone.

I have lost my vodofone with cell phone no.[protected] while coming from nagerkoil express from Coimbatore at Tirunelveli junction in the toilet of the S2 coach and please block
the number. would you able to locate and trace where my cell & the number to identify the culprit and punish him and restoration of my sim

My number is [protected]... My nuber unfortunely active follow vas service.. As soon as i deactive this service.. Within few hours less than 24 hours.. But sill now i did not get refund money (45 rupees)... I hopeless.. Now what i do.. Plz said... What is think... Vodafone telecom eperator for customer.? Near they customer is not valuable...In future i did not recomend public to left vodafone operator.. As soon as.. They left vodafone operator..

I have been charged 60 Rs for a mini movie pack without my consent. Had just made a recharge towards my 3g pack and immediately they have deducted amt Rs. 60 this is happening since 3 months they are deducting every 15 days as i have not seen their sms deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
This is unacceptable please credit amount deducted without my consent.

Hi all,
I am vodafone prepaid customer up east, my number is [protected] and on 21st evening the services like incoming, outgoing, sms, 3g, everything has been blocked, once i approached the customer care they said it has been booked by trai and we can not do anything, than i approached vodafone office at kanpur, they also repeated the same thing, and said we can not do anything, please contact trai. I asked for trai number but they said we can't do anything,
Than i written a mail to nodal officer of vodafone on saturday, and they reverted on monday that your issue is forwarded to up east number, and given a custom care number. Which i tried 5-6 times, but its only recording playing, no one takes calls…
Really fed up with this, worst people to speak to, they just misguide the customer and nothing else,
Can someone help me, how to solve this problem.

This is regarding my bill (mobile number - [protected]) generated in April 2016. I had 3G service on my number activated using *111# and in that description of the service activation it was mentioned 3G Unlimited 1GB at 250. Even after service activation it showed 3G Unlimited plan and its usage. It was never shown anything regarding any capping or additional charges after using 1 GB.

On 22nd March 2016, I had to use my data and in the process I used 1.2 GB of data. Note - I did not get any message or notification when the 1GB limit had reached nor got any notification that I will be charged for the additional usage. After sometime I checked manually the data usage amount using *111# and then saw that I had used 1.2 GB. I then realized that probably now I will get reduced speed so I stopped using the data.

When the bill arrived on 10th April I saw that I had been charged Rs. 750 for the additional usage. I had already raised a complaint (on 16th April) regarding it and had got a call from one of the supervisors on 17th or 18th April from[protected] and was assured that he had raised a request for my refund via an email and the request will take sometime to resolve due to system issues. He had said he will call me back by 02 May and confirm the refund.

But I did not get any call from him. When I got my latest bill on May 10 realized that my refund has not been processed. Now this is not acceptable from Vodafone.

When I activated the service I was first of all not informed about the limit or additional charges after 1 GB. After I crossed 1 GB then also no notification to notify me. If the service name shows 3G Unlimited then it does not mean it has a limitation of 1GB or 750 rupees whatsoever.

Very very dissapointed by Vodafone service and the lies told by supervisors.

I dont support cheating money in any way.. Its not first time I have seen Vodafone cheating. Enough loot of money.

It is Vodafone's responsibility that you need to inform the customer about the capping plan and the charges after 1GB. If Vodafone mentioned just 3G Unlimited and charge after 1GB it is not unlimited plan but a cheating plan.

I had called customer care and emailed to the corporate care number and following up since 15 days. But no one is responding. Looks they do it intentionally.

Hey your customer care are very worst in providing their services my balance 70 rupees was deducted just in 7 days without any reason i asked your customer care they are providing me a worst response and they will not refund my amount it seems if it is not refunded i will quite my sim and buy a new one in other network worst company very worst never i saw in any other network

This stupid page popped up and when i returned back without approving it still deducted my money.
Vodafone shd make sure and take prior permission for this .
How can some stupid site charge me withoutvmy consent and also no link is provided for me to check this site again or use the service.

I want to place a complaint about your dealer, he took a bill from me and didn't summit to your office. Now my simcard is been switched off and am facing many problem. If you are alive then do something, i want my simcard back as soon as possible. I didn't face this much problem with any company. Really man i am fed up with your all the staff working here they just took me here and there. Why can't they say the one thing. Please do something.

One month ago, i have visited vodafone store and request them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to pay the bill and i did the same. They told me that my request has been generated and my number will change in prepaid after two hours. They also gave me a prepaid sim. But now after one month i am receiving the bill again. Then why should i pay the bill again when i requested them to change my number into prepaid???

I am trying to get vodafone sim & prepaid recharge for retail business.. I am contacting the local distributor since february-2016, but till now there is no response from the person, they are just avoiding by saying that they will come today, tomorrow.. Etc.. This is continuing from past 4 months, i am doing prepaid business for other all companies except vodafone, till now hundreds of costumer i have lost due this avoidance of the local distributor, so please looking in to the matter.. And do the needful as soon as possible.

I have taken a vodafone post paid number ([protected]) with a monthly plan of 375. After 2 weeks, i updated them with my new address in order to complete the verification process. The verification didn't happen from their side and one fine day, they disconnected my service. I am in new place and i relied a lot on having a mobile connection to get things done. I was put in a difficult situation. I called my vodafone poc to help me with this, but nothing happened.
So i took an airtel number. No i had been spamming my mailbox with nonpayment of bill payments and threats of legal notice. And i used the service for less than 1 month and the bill says 778. I asked the break up of bill, but they refused to provide. Also, i asked them to confirm the closure of this account as the number was taken out of service from their side, so that once i settle this, i will not get further bills. Such confirmations are not being shared and i am now put to emotional harassment by sending legal notices. I had already been been through a lot of stress, because of vodafone, when they disconnected my mobile phone service, without notice.
