[Resolved] Vodafone India — Refund o[censored]nrecharged amount | |||
Dear Sir, I am a customer of Vodafone. My No. is [protected] registered in Delhi. I use vodafone prepaid sim card in my dongle. I have recharged my number with Rs 455/- for 2GB 3G data plan on 17th May 2014. The amount has been debited from my account but due some internal error, the transaction was not processed. I didnot get that data plan. Later I called to Vodafone customer care on 198 same day and queried regarding refund of my account. The concerened Official ( could not remember the name) told me that the same amount would be credited back to my account within 4-5 days. Today is 5th Day and till now I have not received my Money back. Since I m a student so Rs 455 matters to me. Kindly help me out. Verified Support May 23, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hi Abhas Dwivedi, Thank you for speaking with us, we would like to inform you that as per our records the transaction of online recharge was not successful. Incase online transaction fails, the amount charged from your bank account gets credited back to your account within 7 working days. We request you to kindly check with your bank for the same. However, in case the amount is not credited back to your bank account, we request you to kindly send us the scanned copy of bank statement confirming the transaction debited from your bank account so, that we can check and assist you in the best possible manner.
