Vodafone India — reg: deducting your balance to 0 without any reason

This is my vodafone number [protected]. I have been using this vodafone sim for 7 years. The customer service was good previously. Accordingly, when we ask doubts about the plans to customer care, they would clear soon or will follow us. Now i just really disappointed with the vodafone customer service care and the people those whose who are working now are not properly responding to the complaint which we inform them.in this case, now the vodafone company motto is to just earn the money from us and if we maintain good balance then later on deducting our balance to 0. However, if we ask about this they would say that from your side you have activated the plan. My question to vodafone is that instead of cheating the innocent people like us you can just shut down your company.
