    I was told that i will get the following prior to conversion:

    1. 3g 10gb data

    2. 100 sms

    3. All india roaming free

    I have received only this after conversion:

    1. 1gb data

    2. 0 sms

    3. Only maharashtra & goa roaming free

    Please provide the services committed to me asap

    Also raise a complaint in this behalf

    Is this how you make feel better after conversion?? if yes, that's misleading

    Request you to provide plan as committed!

    You don't connect me to customer care executive they are all busy since two bloody hours!!
    The person who sold the plan isn't bothered about answering calls or calling back

      I have been bombarded will 3-4 calls every day from legal department of vodafone india asking for different people names whom i don't know. The say that x person has not paid bill and he has given my name as reference.
      Each time the person for whom legal team call me is different.
      Govind - [protected] / [protected] from legal team vodafone called me today 27th sep2017 and started abusing me.
      I tried to explain to almost all the executives who called me that there is some mistake in their records as i don't know any of these persons and i have not given any reference from my side. But no one seems to check from their side.
      Start date of calls : around 15th sep 2017.
      Numbers from which i was called : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and many more.

        I am fasi uddin let me tell you something about vodafone. I am using prepaid mobile connection of vodafone from last 4 yrs between these years i found there is a problem in vodafone customer support these person not want to reply any customers complant after 2 days it will be 7 days. Better is that don't buy vodafone sim...in last 4 yrs i found they can't improve there service. Latterly i suffer. I have 3 vodafone sim. Today i am going to port these no. To another company. No one is here to listen about your complaint or problem

          Dear sir/ madam
          I have been facing this network related issue with my no [protected] which is provided by vodafone. It has been more than a year now that i have been facing this issue. I ha another vodafone no which i discontinued due to similar problem. When ever i raise my concern regarding the same to customer care or writing a mail to nodal office. I simply get a convincing reply from them that they are working on it and will fix it within two month, this has been going on for more than a year now. Kindly look into it

          when we talk to the customer care agent they simply listen to the query and disconnect the call. we dont get proper response. I dont see any use of customer care service if the company fails to resolve our query.

            I ported my kolkata no. To dehradun zone in prepaid as before it was prepaid but after porting 2 days later the sim was deactivated and the service center told me to take a postpaid connection but i want my prepaid connection back. They are telling it is not possible to reactivate my prepaid connection which was closed by vodafone as they wanted me to take post paid connection but i want to continue with prepaid connection please resolve my issue or else i will have to complain about vodafone for a cheating case in consumer complaints cell. They purposefully deactivated my no. And are making me fool that first 3 months i have to keep postpaid connection as prepaid connection is not possible anymore after 3 months i can change back but for this i have to pay 500 for security deposit and plus before i lost my 150 rupees.

                Our comapny apts pvt. Ltd required 2g data services for our electronic machines which we need to installed at pan india locations.

                We have already informed them we will required more than 10000 such data sims.

                But after delivering few sims they are not starting data services since last one month. Inspite of complaning & follw-up with all senior staff we do not received any response not service yet started.

                  From past few days my outgoing sms are blocked. When contacted customer care they are saying that i might have sent bulk messages but i never did so. Please help me in resolving this issue asap as i am associated with this number from long time. My email [protected]@gmail.com.
                  Customer care executive were asking me to register a complaint with trai but they were unable to provide detailed steps to register that complaint. I feel as a service provider it's vodafone's responsibility to resolve this issue instead of asking the customer to do so.

                    Hi, this is sameera mohammad, iam the owner of vodafone 199 plan _ bearing contact no: [protected], i had done bill payment before couple of days, still sms & data pack have not been activated, i have already spoken to one of the customer care, they are still not able to resolve my issue, she suggested me to file a complaint to customer care or vodafone store, requesting to solve my issue immediately, facing lot of issues, and i dnt have time to visit any store, kindly solve my issue immediately.

                      Dear team,

                      I am writing this mail to express my extreme frustration on the constant violation of full dnd request i had placed with vodafone on 23-jun-2017 for blocking unsolicited calls and sms.

                      Basis the discussions i have had with the vodafone customer care executives over the last 3 months, i have been told that it takes 7 working days to implement full dnd from the day the request is submitted.

                      This complaint is regarding the numerous unsolicited calls and sms i am getting even 3 months after asking for full dnd. Sms are still fine, i can delete them but the bigger problem is with the calls that i am getting from random mobile numbers, most of them are coming from hdfc bank offering personal loans; they call at random time on work days and on weekends disturbing me at office when i am into critical meetings.

                      I have logged around 9 requests for dnd violation with vodafone, some have been addressed while some are still wip.

                      Considering we have around 1.19 billion mobile users as of apr 2017 statistics, i can not possibly log a request for dnd violation by each and every mobile number.

                      This is the reason for my frustration and i an now looking towards filing a complaint with the consumer forum against both vodafone and hdfc as it's mostly hdfc bank which calls me for personal loans. I am open to log a case against and need advise to decide the next course of action that i can take to stop all these violations and penalize the parties responsible for this, i am open to any of the following possible options which i can think right now:
                      1) log a complaint with vodafone management
                      2) log a complaint with hdfc management
                      3) log a complaint with trai
                      4) log a complaint with police
                      5) log a complaint with the consumer court
                      6) tweet/write a mail to the telecom ministry

                      Request your guidance to please help me in taking this issue to a closure by advising me the best possible option to get the issue addressed and stop this once and for all.

                        I had put in a request to vodafone regarding internet charges which i had not availed on 16th sep 2017. To which they replied that they agree that charges were not in line and would reverse the same within 24 hours. It is 26th sep today and still those charges have not been reversed, despite me calling customer care multiple times since last few days. Need action on my request urgently from vodafone india

                          My vodafone number is [protected]. I was shocked by seeing my bill of 1860. Rs. On going through it, i found that there is a deduction of rs 1260 of some value added service. That is dialed 51717 for 90 mins. This is insane. How can u guys deduct this much amount for some useless number. I also checked if there is any value added service activated on my number & confirmed the same from vodafone number. There there was no such service activated on my number. Then how hell u guys can add that on my bill amt. What kind of the special number is that. I want an answer for that & i that unnecessary amount to be removed from my bill immediately otherwise i am going to file a complaint against it because i have already seen the complaint history of vodafone for the same thing which is highly disappointing.. Carelessness from vodafone side for their customers.

                            Dear sir, with due respect i would like to say that the customer care no. 111 (Or any other customer care nos. Like 116, 198 etc) is not transferring my call to customer care executive from both of my mobile phones. Whenever i call to 111 and try to direct the voice machine to customer care executive as per the instructions, the machine always instantly redirect me to the main menu of the 111 number without any notification. My vodafone mobile phone numbers are: [protected] & [protected]. I would hope to get my complaint responded and resolved as soon as possible...

                              Complaint against to miss. Shurbhi vodafone custmer care excutive in rdc ghaziabad. Miss. Shurbhi lost my office time & very badly behave in my favour.                               Extremely Poor Internet. I ported my airtel to vodafone to get good quality internet. But what the heck? I destroyed my jio SIM also. Worst decision I have ever made. I dont recommend vodafone net to anyone. Vodafone supernet means Vodafone Super Fool.
                              I am getting network problem for many months after complaining for many times for network and internet still the same in my area

                                The mobile post paid account "[protected]" which was in my name, i did paid the clearance amount "inr 3768 and requested for the account closure and disconnection. As on date - 14 aug, i have paid the subjected amount and received the noc. But still for the account the monthly bills getting generated and directed to me.

                                I would appreciate for the early action and address on the same.

                                  I was charged extra money by vodafone for internet even though i had a data pack. On calling them they refunded my 930 rs charged by them. But the service tax of 930 rs (18% gst which comes to around 200 rs) is still not refunded. When i called customer care they assured the money (200 rs) will be refunded. But when i checked bill today, i am charged previous month charges plus late payment fee. Now they are saying, sorry your money wont be refunded.
                                  Very frustrated with vodafone. Time to port to airtel!! My vodafone number +91 [protected]

                                    I'd raised a service request for deactivation of my postpaid service on 14 jul '17 at the vodafone store, sungam, coimbatore. This was duly acknowledged by the store representative who had registered my service request and promised that my services will be deactivated 7 days from the request date (14 jul '17). I'd made the payment of all the outstanding as on 14 jul '17.
                                    But the bill has been generated for my service. On reaching out to the customer care on 21st sep '17, the customer care representative had agreed that my service was reactivated on 28 jul '17. She had also said that a complaint will be registered against the store and i need not pay the current bill amount.
                                    I keep getting reminders for payment of the dues. Why am i expected to pay for a service that has been deactivated and reactivated without my consent due to the lethargic attitude of the service provider?

                                      This is to bring to your notice that i wanted a plan with more data pack usage, to which vodafone personnel confirmed to activate 499 plan (Unlimited calling, 15 gb internet pack per month) from august onwards.

                                      However, vodafone without my consent activated 199 plan, due to which, bill of rs.1, 077/- was generated at the end of august. After several complaints regarding my bill, plan of rs.499/- was activated by vodafone on 3 august 2017.

                                      Lastly, i was told by vodafone personnel, a multiple times, that the bill of rs.1, 100/- would be waived off by the company in the next cycle (Which is still due till date).

                                      I am not eligible of paying the bill of rs.1, 100/-, as the bill was not due to my fault. It is vodafone's responsibility to stop harassing me for ceasing my telephone services and provide me with the waive off for rs.1, 100/-, before payment of my next bill.

                                      So network connection to browse ...its says still loading otherwise connection interrupted in the area of 110008.Planning to switch another network...
                                      Even after 75 days follow up to get our gst number registered

                                      but all our efforts invain.

                                      gst data also mailed to vodafone care but nothing done.

                                      also we do not receive bill in time and some numbers are removed from cug list
                                      The signal is very poor in the Central Delhi-110008. Even cannot make calls and even there is no provision for browsing internet.The signal is very poor in 110008 area.
