I had purchased oneplus 5 new handset from amazon.com and there was available an offer insert vodafone sim card new oneplus 5 handset - recharge any data pack 249, 349, 397, 449 etc after you get 9gb free data automatically.

But still i did not received any benefit.

    With due respect that i m harpal singh vodafone regular customer since 2000 but now i am facing problems my number [protected] has been blocked vodafone given free 7gb data april to june for thee month after june vodafone added in my july bill 353 rupees for 39 mb i was called to customers care but in next bill august vodafone added 500 rupees for 92 mb please sought out my problem early as possible thanks

      I have been charged rs 150 extra for last 2 vodafone postpaid bills which has unknown movie subscriptions. Even though this subscription is not added by me, it is shown in my bill and has been charged for last consecutive bills.

        This is the forth time vodafone has rejected my porting request for no reason. My unique porting code is vd123995. I want to port my no from vodafone to another operator. I have no outstanding remaining in vodafone then also they call atleast 20 times in a day just to ask why do i want to port. I dont have patience to explain everything again and again to every vodafone executive what problems i am facing with vodafone. It is becoming very irritating now this is the forth time i have sent porting request still they are calling everyday to convince me to stay but not forwarding my porting request. Soon my upc will expire and again i have to do same procedure again. This is becoming really irritating. I request you to please take some action against it. Its customers right to port number from one provider to another. I have attached my porting request messages which were rejected every month.

          I purchased a mifi device for which i haven't got any bill and the money was taken. I was promised to get the bill the next day of purchase now its been 3 weeks, i am trying to call the guy but there isn't any prompt reply&my calls are being ignored.               This is with refrence to no[protected],
              Complaint no[protected]. I got my plan changed in june to 150/- as i just had to use this no for incoming calls regarding my business and havent made any use of internet or outgoing calls but my plan wasnt changed. I had complained a no of times but received no revert.
              I am been charged upon with the previous plan of 499/- even after complaining and vodafone has still not changed my plan even after three months and have suspended my no without any notice and mistake on there end.
              Its been 1 and half month now and they have not activated my no telling me it cant be done without full payment. Every time i call customer care they ask me to repeat my complain over and over again without maintaing any record of previous complain and tell me to wait again for 48hrs again and again without any revert ever after 48hrs.
              They have added interest on my bill without any reason. They have been calling me to pay the bill but still havent resolved the issue. Kindly look into the matter as there has been a very irresponsible and reckless behaviour by vodafone company. Its my business no and it a huge loss for the business and its goodwill.
              The company has been trying to threaten me telling me its a civil case now.
              Please make sure that my no is been activated and i am given waiver on my bill as well as compensation by the company for waisting my time and harming the reputation of my business and loss made to it.

                I want my prepaid connection back as it was i don't want post paid connection i am not happy with the service i want my prepaid connection back as soon as possible or else i am going to complain about vodafone in consumer complaints cell in 2 days. The vodafone is forcefully deactivated my prepaid connection so that i have no option other than to take their post paid connection. I have been cheated with amount of 650 rupees.

                  I had taken a corporate number 6 months back. I used the number for 2 days and realized that i do not need it as there were network issue and my other number was giving similar signal. I have been requesting them to close the number ever since. They have not done it and made me pay a bill of 1100 i may promising to close the number after clearing this amount. After that they again started harassing me august onward. I have been mailing them since august but got no response. The customer care executive call me and harass me and are abusive too. They are just making money and are forcing customers to continue with numbers. The vodafone people sitting in my office gave me the number but are not willing to help me close it. Same with the customer care representatives. Giving me options like give your number to a family memeber. I have never seen such abusive customer care executives.

                      3. All india roaming free

                      I have received only this after conversion:

                      1. 1gb data

                      2. 0 sms

                      3. Only maharashtra & goa roaming free

                      Please provide the services committed to me asap

                      Also raise a complaint in this behalfÂ

                        I have been bombarded will 3-4 calls every day from legal department of vodafone india asking for different people names whom i don't know. The say that x person has not paid bill and he has given my name as reference.
                        Each time the person for whom legal team call me is different.
                        Govind - [protected] / [protected] from legal team vodafone called me today 27th sep2017 and started abusing me.
                        I tried to explain to almost all the executives who called me that there is some mistake in their records as i don't know any of these persons and i have not given any reference from my side. But no one seems to check from their side.

I am using prepaid mobile connection of vodafone from last 4 yrs between these years i found there is a problem in vodafone customer support these person not want to reply any customers complant after 2 days it will be 7 days. Better is that don't buy vodafone sim...in last 4 yrs i found they can't improve there service. Latterly i suffer. I have 3 vodafone sim. Today i am going to port these no. To another company. No one is here to listen about your complaint or problem

                            I have been facing this network related issue with my no [protected] which is provided by vodafone. It has been more than a year now that i have been facing this issue. I ha another vodafone no which i discontinued due to similar problem. When ever i raise my concern regarding the same to customer care or writing a mail to nodal office. I simply get a convincing reply from them that they are working on it and will fix it within two month, this has been going on for more than a year now. Kindly look into it

                            when we talk to the customer care agent they simply listen to the query and disconnect the call. we dont get proper response. I dont see any use of customer care service if the company fails to resolve our query.

                              I ported my kolkata no. To dehradun zone in prepaid as before it was prepaid but after porting 2 days later the sim was deactivated and the service center told me to take a postpaid connection but i want my prepaid connection back. They are telling it is not possible to reactivate my prepaid connection which was closed by vodafone as they wanted me to take post paid connection but i want to continue with prepaid connection please resolve my issue or else i will have to complain about vodafone for a cheating case in consumer complaints cell. They purposefully deactivated my no. And are making me fool that first 3 months i have to keep postpaid connection as prepaid connection is not possible anymore after 3 months i can change back but for this i have to pay 500 for security deposit and plus before i lost my 150 rupees.

                                  Our comapny apts pvt. Ltd required 2g data services for our electronic machines which we need to installed at pan india locations.

                                  We have already informed them we will required more than 10000 such data sims.

                                  But after delivering few sims they are not starting data services since last one month. Inspite of complaning & follw-up with all senior staff we do not received any response not service yet started.

                                    From past few days my outgoing sms are blocked. When contacted customer care they are saying that i might have sent bulk messages but i never did so. Please help me in resolving this issue asap as i am associated with this number from long time. My email [protected]@gmail.com.
                                    Customer care executive were asking me to register a complaint with trai but they were unable to provide detailed steps to register that complaint. I feel as a service provider it's vodafone's responsibility to resolve this issue instead of asking the customer to do so.
