Vodafone India — regarding misbehaving by customer care executive | |||
Hi, Yesterday I have called to Vodafone customer care on number 198. Mr. Haresh barot(actual name) has picked up the phone. I want to reactivate my Vodafone number which was not active due to not done minimum recharge as per new rule. I was told by executive that system is upgrading right now, pl provide your another number i will get back to you within 15 mins. I gave my another number and he asked for my name. I gave my khushbu and he told me that I will call you and talk with you 1 hour and he was flirting with me. I shouted on him and told him that I will complaint against you than he told sorry to me. I have called again on 198 within 2 mins and vivek has picked up call and he told me that no system was in upgrade than I asked to talk manager and he transfered the call to manager but manager refuse to give any information regarding haresh barot. I have told him that I want to file complain against him bu he did not give any information. Today morning that person called me om my another number and harassing me. Even he knew my name. He was the same person I have talked with on 198 customer care. Pl take strict action against him. Was this information helpful? | |||
