Vodafone India — Regarding MNP portability_Vodafone denied request | |||
Dear Sir, I have tried porting my vodafone number( to Airtel and submitted documents on 14th Nov 2015. I called vodafone customer care and has asked for teh pending payment and they have informed it is 0 Rs. Even after I have made few calls and have also credited 10 rs to the account yesterday (17th Nov 2015) Today, I received a message stating that my request has been rejected due to Payment dues. After receiving the message, I called Vodafone customer care again and asked about the pending payment and they have informed that there is no payment. Request you to look into it and assist.
