Vodafone India — Regarding negligent behavior of vodafone dealers | |||||
I purchased a sim card from one of the Vodafone Dealers in Mumbai region and paid Rs.300 as charges. All the documents are handed over to the concerned's salesman. It has been 4 days today and my number is not activated till date. When called vodafone customer care (mumbai), they said that the documents are pending till date. Even i have received the verification call from vodafone. Now, when i am approaching the vodafone authorised agency, from which i have purchased the sim, they people have put my number in their blacklist and none can be contacted.
