Vodafone India — Regarding negligent behavior of vodafone dealers

I purchased a sim card from one of the Vodafone Dealers in Mumbai region and paid Rs.300 as charges. All the documents are handed over to the concerned's salesman. It has been 4 days today and my number is not activated till date. When called vodafone customer care (mumbai), they said that the documents are pending till date. Even i have received the verification call from vodafone. Now, when i am approaching the vodafone authorised agency, from which i have purchased the sim, they people have put my number in their blacklist and none can be contacted. Totally unprofessional behavior is there. Please suggest what to do now. My email id is
