Vodafone India — regarding net/data pack | |||
This is to inform you that myself Vivek Sodhi is using vodafone postpaid number. My mobile number is [protected]. I am a valuable customer of Vodafone & using this number from last 6 years. As we all know in todays time every telecom company is offering unlimited calling & data packs in such a reasonable price where as i am paying my vodafone bill of 1160 Rs. I just want to know if company is thinking his customers are fool or they are making us fool. On 28.05.2018 i have noticed that my data pack has finished so i have called to vodafone customer care on 30.05.2018. Then customer care executive has given me free dats of 40 Gb without telling me that she is changing my data plan & i will pay double charges for net plan. Now when my bill has generated i have checked that there are two times of data rental has been added in my bill. I have spoke to customer care again & told them why you have not informed me prior that u are changing my data plan then she was not having any answer. On the other hand company is making us fool by saying that they are giving us free data pack & on the same time they are adding data plan charges in our plan. Vodafone is such a ridiculous company & no executive is helping in this case. When we insist them they give us a compensation of 100 Rs if we are like beggars. If we can pay 1000 Rs we can also pay 1100 rs . If Vodafone will not help me in this case i will port my number to other network. There are so many good networks available with a very cheap data & calling plan. Vodafone executives are misguiding their customers & because of them we are suffering.
