[Resolved] Vodafone India — regards waiver | |||
Hi, I had billing issues that is regards isd calls made (Without knowledge) and asked for waiver to the person named mr. Nizam raja whose number is given in vodafone app. My bill amount was about 3830 around and he told me that waiver was passed about 2100 and then he told me to pay 1600 remaining to his own account but waiver is passed around 1400 rs only. Today vodafone service person called for my feedback, i told them about my issue and they replied me that your whole isd call waiver was cleared and you got whole 3000 ruppes from vodafone. Then why he got 1600 extra money from me? I need an explanation on this from him else need my amount back. Since he is vodafone employee and i don't know him before. I hope that i will get proper response. I will attach that screenshot of payment through google pay to him. I told him that i will pay through my app but he refused and told me to send money to him.
