Vodafone India — remove cug plan to personal plan | |||
Hello, I am a vodafone postpaid user, my contact no is [protected]. From past 1 year. I did lots of complaints in vodafone customercare regarding switching cug plan (Red4business-ulv-399) to personal plan but they are fail or not providing proper information about switching the plan. For the information, this number is registered on my name but when i join my company they added me on there business plan but after leaving from that company there administration do not support to remove cug membership from there business plans & also access my pesonal calling data through there administration. So kindly help & suggest what is the process to remove cug business plan. And also tell me whether this problem will be solved or should i close my card forever. Hi from many i have seen whenever i am going to recharge my vodafone prepaid number I can't be able to do that from paytm, still other vodafone number I can recharge but specifically my phone number I can't recharge why my vodafone number is [protected]
