I am postpaid (Basic plan - 20gb) customer of vodafone from long 3 years in karnataka circle.

They have the option to carry forward data till 200gb from corresponding months. I had my carry forwarded data & i used that too (Around 35 gb) in a single month.

Bill generated by saying you have monthly 20gb data & you used 35gb data. So additional cost will be rs20/gb data of 15gb data.

Wonder comes here, when i called customer care & asked how much data is credited for my account for this particular month, there reply is "we don't have option to see that". Only we can see is - you have used 35gb of data. How it is possible? It's disgusting.

    I am prepaid individual customer my number [protected]
    I have mailed sms more than 10 times for deactivation of caller tune.
    Every time answers were 24 hrs time it will be stopped. Sms of 30 minutes time it will be deactivated.
    But no results and every month i am charged.
    Today also i got below sms from vodafone.

Your 28days subscription of rs 30 will be deducted on the[protected].in order to continue to enjoy the service, please ensure that you have sufficient balance on your number.     I sms stop. Answer was deactivation is not allowed for corporate subscribers.

      This is to inform everyone that, the mini store of vodafone near papdy naka, besides catholic bank, are doing fraud with people.
      When you go with any queries related to prepaid sim, they convert your sim into postpaid (Billing). And when asked to convert the sim into prepaid they ask to pay bills, which are not even generated when you confirm with vodafone customer care on call.

      Recent incident happened with me, there is a lady named sonu mali at the store, i had gone to convert my vodafone 3g sim to 4g sim and to transfer the sim from my mom’s name to my name. However the lady over there converted my sim into postpaid without giving any information about the postpaid plans and took a security deposit amount of ₹300. When i confirmed with the vodafone customer care team they told me that you do not require to convert your sim into postpaid to transfer it on you name. When asked to convert back to prepaid, she told me to pay ₹330 as my oustanding bill amount, while my outgoing calls were stopped and i did not have network for almost a week. When i confirmed with customer service team, they told that i dont have any pending bills, and the information provided by her is wrong.

      There were many other people there besides me facing issues related to postpaid sim. The lady tells everyone that it will take time to convert the sim to prepaid and she asks people to pay unnecessary bills.

      Be careful from such people and spread this as much as possible

          Prior to merger of idea and vodafone, the customer service dept. Was efficient in resolving issues. Last 3 months experience has been a nightmare! The vodafone store employees at churchgate, mumbai have not taken any action in resolving the problems related to my phone calls nor text messages and i notice that i have been charged rs. 1349/- for a line that has not worked for 3 weeks in a row. It is still not functioning and i keep getting messages that the txt msg issue will definitely be resolved in a week's time. I am fed up of waiting in queue at the stores to fix the problems that are at their end.

          I would like to dipute the charges that they will collect from my automated payment every month. How do i approach the billing dept. When their complaint centre does not have any solutions since last 3 weeks.

            #vodafoneiroaming you are pathetic. Your plan is pathetic. Your customer care department are all 10th fail employees. Forget giving resolutions, they don't know the product itself. You people miss sell. You are third grade service providers. You provide wrong information to your customers and then charge hefty bills. Nobody helps. My complaint is sitting unresolved since 1 month now. And every two days a new person calls me and ask me to repeat same story and the end result is same. We cannot provide any resolution. 10 vodafone executives tell 10 different product details and the funny story is they all are wrong. You have jokers untrained and unskilled employees. You harass a customer sitting outside the country tired of calling your department, tired of repeating my story and tired of receiving calls from the jokers of your office. I am not going to take this # lightly. Will approach consumer court if harassed any further. Even if that means sitting in india and wasting my precious time over you numskulls.

            I have 2 post paid plans by your executive Mr. Gulshan [protected] and Mr. Anish [protected]. They are miss selling to me. They committed to me for plan 145/- including GST per month each and I have port 2 no. But when I see my 1st bill I see it's 299/- excluding GST since they are treat as foolish. Before diwali my no's service has barred but they not responding to me. It's embarrassing too much then today I am complaining to them. I am axpect prompt response otherwise I will have to complaint on social media and try.

              Vodafone is delaying the process of transition from post paid to prepaid. I have registered for prepaid 2 weeks back, still not converted. Due to this my post paid bill is increasing. Very worst service ever. And i why they have opened the mini vodafone store. There is no use of them. Whenever i go there they send back and ask to go to the main store. What is the use of them.

                I had susoended my number, due to theft of phone, as a precautionary measure on october 8. I submitted a request for reactivation on a new sim card yesterday, 11 october at 11 am. It's 22 hours as i write this, and there is no resolution yet!!

                I am an existing customer in vodafone, if you credited the monthly payment for my number through the last few years you also have all the necessary details to reactivate the number.

                Your customer care service lacks empathy and skill. Jeeva in your customer care team has not been helpful, i am completely convinced to port a better service provider.

                  I am receiving message from 53010 from 1st oct 2019 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.100.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. Kindly reimburse rs.100/- deducted by message from 53010. Stop this service right now.

                    I was interested to buy a postpaid plan from vodafone (999 plan), so i called them at [protected] from my airtel mobile.
                    There was an option "interested in new postpaid plan" under that pressing 9 transfer the call to agent.
                    And interestingly i tried 5 times and each time its transferred to prepaid dept and they said they can not do anything, they cant even transfer this call to postpaid.
                    Even in their website details about their plans are not mentioned.
                    With such a pathetic service its better to go for airtel postpaid plan.

                      Why so careless i don't understand your customer service.
                      I visited personally to vodafone center and book my complaint how ever nothing done from their side.
                      Everytime i am getting email and sms for deactivation with in 30min or 24 hrs but no results

                          My name is sharath and i am from bangalore. I had a vodafone postpaid connection [protected] for which i got a bill of rs 2000 in the month of july 2019 they said i have sent some international sms. I checked the itemized bill and i told them that this looks like a fraud transaction and not mine. They were still not ready to listen to me after raising several complaints. At last they gave me a waiver and asked me to make payment of rs 1500 which in august beginning i did and after that i contacted vodafone and got the connection closed. I even received a call from vodafone stating that the number is cancelled. Now from last week if september 2019 i getting calls from vodafone collections team stating that now the bill is rs 2200 and i have to make payment i told them that the number was cancelled in the month of august, but they kept saying i have used the number to send international sms where the number is already suspended. Now the collections team is calling every day and threatening me to pay else they will take me to court and even update the same on my cibil. I don't understand when the number is suspended for 2 months how can i send sms that too international. I would request to kindly look into this matter and get me justice.

                          Due to their bad service I requested to cancel their service last month... Just after a week I took their connection... I'm not using their service... I don't know where their Sim Is? But, they are still charging me...
                          Their customer service is bad to the core...
                          I don't understand without any salary details why did they provide me the service... It's fraud... Please don't hurt or do this at this distress time...

                            On 20th July I requested the Vodafone executive to change my plan from 499/m to 399/m as my usage is very limited and I wanted to reduce my monthly payments. Executive changed my plan and confirmed to me that the plan has been changed to 399 and I will shortly receive an SMS. I received an SMS of change of plan however there was no mention of the plan name. I ignored it. But in Aug I received a bill of 1100. I thought it might be my overdues that is huge amount and I paid the bill without checking the details.
                            In Sep again the bill came and the amount was over 1200. When I checked my plan through Vodafone app it showed my plan was 999/m. I called customer care and filed a complaint. How can you change my plan with out my consent. I have asked them 100 times to check that days recording but they said we don't have recording. Since then they have called me 100 times saying we will get back to you on this. A week ago they said we cannot do anything you have to pay the amount. So here I am writing this review that whatever happens DO NOT sign up for Vodafone. And I will not be paying the due bill amount. Changing my number. I will go to the court if needed. It's not about the money, but can't let them treat the customers like this. Highly disappointed and outraged.

                            Hi Hitesh, my complaint has not yet been resolved. My number is [protected]. They offered me discount of RS. 520 for Sep bill but still they have included the late payment fees and gst on basis of 999 plan. I had to pay around 700. I tried to just get rid of it this time. But today I have got the bill of RS. 800 again. I don't understand how they are charging me. Please resolve this. I will not pay any outstanding this time. Attaching the bill here.

Why are you charging me the late fees of 100 when the complaint resolving was pending and delayed from your end. I had called Vodafone on 2nd Oct asking for the solution as due date was near. They let the due date pass. Please resolve this. Otherwise I shall not pay the due amount. I want my bill to be charged on the basis of Rs. 399 plan only. Thanks. Screenshot of bill added.

                              My monthly charges were 299 per month and since using this postpaid service from the last one year. Suddenly without any intimation, my monthly charges have been increased to 399 Rs. When I asked Vodafone executive in the Vodafone store(Electronic city 2 branch) he said "Sir I don't know how this happened let me check then after some minutes he said don't worry sir I'll complain regarding this " I said ok. But still, there are no complaints registered. And again I visit the different stores (Kormangala store) same story "I'll complain" but still not complaint yet registered. This is the level of Vodafone customer service? Why did you increased my monthly rental without any intimation and earlier it was 299 Rs now 399 Rs. Please explain.

                                    I was using vodafone number from more than 10 years now. I had to go to outside india for a month, so i requested my number to be ported to pre-paid. My first surprise was that number was not being ported, instead a new connection request was placed. I was then told that it will take 3 days to completed, again don't see any reason for such a delay. Finally i was given a sim card which was not active for 4 days. Once i left india, both the sim cards were not working, finally pre-paid one started catching signals but when i was calling 59059 for verification, not working at all. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
                                    I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

                                      I asked at vodafone store, lawrence road, amritsar, punjab to close my postpaid number.
                                      My vodafone plan was changed automatically without informing me. Now when i tried to close or cancel my no. They said it will be done please clear your bill. After paying my bill my no. Should have got closed. But still, after 15 days they say it will take more time. Now the bill is being generated every month. If they want to close the no. Or not, i am not going to pay anything for that. I paid the bill even when i was not aware that my plan has been changed. Now i am not going to pay a single penny.
