[Resolved] Vodafone India — Roaming Charges | |||
Hi, Customer details:- Rohit Shankhdhar [protected] [protected]@gmail.com I am a very valuable customer of vodafone. I am glad to use their network. I had some serious issue in my family and i had to be here in my hometown for 20 days. You guys charged me 2000/- bugs for those days while i activated roaming incoming pack still i charged for incoming. This is really bad, I am not expecting from them. The executive who activated that pack for me, he should have told me to select vodafone network in roaming but No. For their mistake why should i suffer. They can check my account I nvr refused to pay you anytime. It is not 1000 or 2000 bugs money its all about relationship. I am not expecting this not at all. Mr. Rahul (from vodafone) told me that they are going to deactivate my connection two days, sound very funny. Please look at into this matter and do the needful. I hope you will revert back to me soon. You know one of thire executive told me to give deactivate request for proper solution now deactivation. Oh my God, Where this company going??? Thanks!
