[Resolved] Vodafone India — Sending reactivation notices, bills despite acknowledging deactivation request | |||
I disconnected my Vodafone line in the middle of last year. Then they send me a re-activation "request". But without any acknowledgement they again start billing you. Now they are sending legal notices. Attached picture is a screenshot of the reactivation email. Despite replying to that saying I have setlled all my dues and I do not wish to reactivate, they send people over to harass you in your house. I would advise everyone to avoid Vodafone. The complaint is pertaining to 2 Vodafone numbers - [protected] and [protected]. I have provided these numbers and my current (alternate) contact numbers in the link you provided.
Your collection agencies are harassing my parents who are senior citizens residing at my old address. The number of crank calls pretending to call from police stations and threatening my parents has reached an intolerable level, making them lose peace of mind.
Are your sales people so desperate to retain customers that they have to resort to such low measures and lose customers who were once loyal to Vodafone?
