[Resolved]  Vodafone India — service is temporarily withdrawn

Vodafone centre is not interested to solve problems of customers. Message is not sent by my number. And they system is not working.

My sel[censored]sing VI mobile no. [protected], last 12 days i can't make a call to anyone, while calling its says your service is temporarily withdrawn, kindly contact customer care, when i try to contact customer care, there is response and that call automatically disconnect.

But incoming call service is working.

Can you pls support and resolve the issue.

Hlw I'm Subhajit Adak, my voda postpaid sim number is [protected]. This month, on 9th August, i have taken a vodafone post paid sim from customer care and today since 11 am i was unable to contact my parents, friends, colleagues and others. When i call someone, it's saying the service is temporarily withdrawn and when someone call me my number is saying switched off. After i received the sim, someone was supposed to come for verification to my official address but no one came till now. I got a call from centre on 16th august for verfication. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.
