[Resolved] Vodafone India — service related complaint

I want to convert my vodafone postpaid no to prepaid one... I asked for guidance to vodafone store branch : manewada nagpur many times, employees from the branch are not guiding properly, they are just avoiding the issue or they dont want to resolve my problem... They are not at all helping me to resolve my problem... Being in the service industry too they are not giving proper services to customers. Its more than 15 days now my issue is not get resolved yet.

Since the last few days my Vodafone 4g data has not been working really well. It has gotten even slower than 2g.
I ve been having difficulty in searching up projects and other college assignment stuff. I request you to make this right

and sale boy come, my home and sim delivered and i was paytm on [protected].
but no number is activated and Maine call Kiya back number is block me or no pick .
please help me
