Vodafone India — services

I requested for mnp from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid on 19th sep 2017 with porting upc code vm129565 and i have completed all the documentation necessary with airtel. By that time i have an outstanding bill to pay so they rejected my porting request. Later on i paid my total outstanding bill and our airtel operator resend the request to vodafone. Still they are saying that the amount is in due. But as of yesterday morning my total outstanding bill was -9.30rs (I have paid extra amount as well).

I called to 198 and raised a complaint yesterday (09th oct, 2017 morning around 11 to 12 am). They told that "i will get the call back within end of the day". Still i didn't get any call from any executive or superiors and my issue not yet resolved.

I am facing lot of issues on network as well and i called to customer care executives many times and they used to say we registered the complaint, we will get back to you but i didn't get any call from them. (I am facing this from past 9 months).

I have ever seen this type of worst service providing to valued customers. But during port time one of the executive called me and requested to stay back on the same network so we will provide the best services for you.

Is it the best services providing to customers? And also i have cleared all my outstanding bill amount as of date. May i know the reason of rejecting my port request?

I have received only calls from vodafone (Retain team) by saying that, please don’t port out, they are unnecessarily wasting my time by calling me when i clearly told them that i want to port out and don’t want to use vodafone any more with strong reason for network issue at my home address but still no action from them (Compliant given many times about network problem, yet no resolution).

As of now my current outstanding amount is in rs -0.71, but till now my porting request was not approved.

When i called to customer few days back they have been informed me that my request got approved from vodafone. Again i call back to 198 yesterday they were saying the request has been rejected.

Even now am trying to send the port message to 1900, but it seems the outgoing message service has been stopped for my number (I am receiving the messages). May i know the reason immediately why the outgoing service has been stopped? I need an immediate resolution for this. For this again i have given a call to 198 to register a complaint (Dated on 10th oct, 2017), they told that please be on hold we will check the availability of the senior levels and will connect my call, executive put me on hold for 5mins, and later on call got disconnected. But i didn't get any call back yet.

So, kindly check and take appropriate action for this.

I hope you will understand my problem and i need resolution for my issue asap.
