Vodafone India — Sim deactivated since 15 days saying Negative Verification

Hi, I have migrated my vodafone number [protected] from prepaid to postpaid 20 days back. This is from the TCS corporate offer and currently I am the permanent employee of TCS. Now due to some miscommunication in address verification my sim has been deactivated and Its been now 15 days that I am not able to use my postpaid services. I have sent all respective documents while migrating the number. I already called vodafone postpaid service care number (+91-[protected]) around 30 times during this period but no satisfactory output was received. All the customer care representative are only asking me to visit the Voddafone store to resolve my issue. I already visited the store 4 times and they schedule the appointment with a third party agent for physical verification. But none of the agent has ever come to visit to my home and fix this issue. Also one agent has reported the feedback as " I am no longer interested to migrate my number too postpaid " without my acknowledgement. I am really disappointed from their service gesture and frustrated now calling Vodafone care again and again and writing mails to the Vodafone team to solve my problem which is of no use as of now. As my physical verification was not complete as per them, How can they deactivate my PREPAID number andd get me to POSTPAID number that too for few days? Also, they are not allowing me to PORT my number to other network. I have already told them that I will be leaving to another country in a week time and is not tolerable that my phone stops working there. Forget about overseas, It is not even active in the home state. I have beared a huge amoount of loss both at personal as well as professional level both in terms of money and relationships. Who is going to bear this loss? I want Vodafone India to compensate this loss in terms of money for 50000 INR. Waiting to hear from you. Please help as early as possible.
