[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim not yet activated after porting from airtel | |||
Worst customer service. I ported my number from airtel to vodafone and that's the biggest mistake i ever did in my life. All required documents submitted. Cleared previous bill of airtel too. Even then my sim didn't got activated. When contacted customer service they said to collect bill from airtel gallery and submit to vodafone gallery. Which i did and was told that within half n hour the sim will get activated. But it didn't happened yet. It's been more then 4 days now. Spoke to their customer care throughout the day but to no avail. I am back to santacruz s. V. Road vodafone gallery now to resolve my issue. Worst people here. Worst customer care executives. Manisha the customer care executive says that there is no provision to contact backend team except mail. She has mailed them again. Waiting today till my issue gets resolved.
