This is about my vodafone number +91 [protected]. These days i am in muscat, oman. Earlier my international roaming was working and suddenly i noticed before 2 months the networks are out of range in oman. I have contacted vodafone customer care several times but still my problem is not getting solved.

I've had random amounts being deducted from my account, rs 49 and then a few days later rs 14 which i've been told are for vas. I've not applied for any vas services that i am aware of but vodafone are refusing to refund the deducted amount citing that "the service had been activated through the flash link on your number". I stay in lajpat nagar 1 delhi pin 110024.. I have recently shifted from madhya pradesh to delhi.. There is no network coverage at all in my locality... All my registered otp comes to this no. Which never reaches on time.. I have another no. Too & it works perfectly fine.. And my husband too is facing same problem.. A plan change resulted in a wrong charge against my phone number. The plan change was initiated and on dec 7, lodged a complaint in the vodafone store.

Till date, i get recovery calls, threatening to block my number / make it inactive for no fault of mine. I have been to the store at least 50 times in 3 months and have been following up on calls and emails. Each visit to the store...

I got the network issues since long time for my vodafone mobile number

So i tried to port my number, and for that i did sms to 1900 for getting upc port code, but message sent failed, i tried several times but still it got failed, i visited vodafone customer care store twice they told everything is fine from our end, so now i got frustrated, who will going to provide me...

Based on a text message received on my phone to make a payment (otherwise the number would become inoperative) I made the payment of Rs.150. However, my phone became inoperative the next day, and when I followed up it was indicated that the number is not assigned to me anymore!

I have not been receiving incoming calls past 4 pm today (2/3/2020) and sms my vodafone no. However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet. This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship. There are no useless replies by vodafone which are totally pathetic and that they simply can't do anything.

I am facing sms sending issue from last 30 days. I'm not able to send sms on any content or service I want register. I want to re-register for my Gpay account but for that I'm not able to send sms to my bank server. I have contacted to customer care several times but got no satisfactory response. The customer care executives even hung up on me after saying that they are connecting my call to any senior. Worst ever experience with Vodafone....

For the last few months vodafone has been deducting rs 49 per month without my knowledge. I went to their store today and was told that it was a deduction for some promotional activity and they are now going to stop the deductions. I haven't signed up to any such thing. Can you refund the deductions asap as these amounts were taken from my account without my knowledge?...

A couple of months ago i had filed to suspend my india number as i was moving out of the country. I had filed an online mail and also recieved a mail saying my number has been suspended but i am still recieving bills every month without any usage.
I have followed up with vodafone so many time and they have told me to process it. I also paid two months bill last time but there was no response....

I was recharged my vodafone prepaid no:[protected] with 149 plan on 26/02/2020 through amazon app but till the date my mobile recharge was not completed but payment done successful i have operator reference no:onr[protected] so please resolve this issue as soon as possible, your customer executive give very irresponsible answers.

My messaging is working and have enough balance, i immediately confirmed toby sending test message to my daughter which received.

My vodafone number is [protected]. On 25th february 2020, some kind of vas service was activated on my number without my cinsent and an amount of rs. 21 was deducted from my main balance.
I trued to contact vodafone complain number 198 but they denied the refund.
As per trai rule any telecom service provider can not activate such services and deduct balance without consent of the customer.
