Vodafone India — surrender of vodafone sim | |||
I had taken a vodafone sim from my local vodafone shop on 14/06/17. I had received a bill in the month of july 2017 which was paid by me on 21/07/17. I had surrendered my sim to the said vodafone shop on 03/06/17. After that i have not received any bill for payment by post or by e-mail. But today there was a call to the alternate number asking money for due bill/s. I am surprised to receive such call to the alternate number as the sim stand in my name and my contact number and e-mail id was correctly provided at the time of registration.
