Vodafone India — they not deactivate my number and sending bill to my mail id | |||
I had a postpaid connection of vodafone having mobile number [protected]. After payment of my april bill on 4th may 2017 i m visit vodafone mini store to convert my number in prepaid but they refused to convert because i have eadhar copy so then i say plz deactivate my number then they take my application for deactivation of number and i left store and using another company sim. After few day i received my vodafone bill on my email id i m shocked then i again visit store and say i m submitted application to deactivate my number why this is active they told me that they have no application that i submitted then i ask person where he they told me that they left the job. I complaint at care no. But there is no resolution. So i cantact my advocate uncle and tell them this issue they also talk to care number but no response. So plz resolve this and deactiavte number i m not pay your illegal bill got it for talk to plz mail me [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
