Vodafone India — threatening for clearing bill without providing promised services | |||||
I have been constantly following up with Vodafone customer care and retailer store on multiple occasions with regards to the network issue in my locality. Due to the ongoing network issue for the past 3 months, I am unable to access the internet in any fashion preventing my business, calls on WhatsApp or meetings.I contacted Vodafone and their general reply is Sir, someone will check and get back to you shortly.No one ever checked the issues or called for a followup. When i contacted them for the status of my issue, they gave weird reasons like, the issue is since I have redmi phone. 3 months ago I was able to access internet on the same phone and even within these 3 months i can access the internet but just outside my locality/Home.After lodging complain for more than 5 times, I no resolution to which i state I will not pay for the bill as I am not receiving the services promised by your company.My phone got suspended and now I received a threat and a demand notice informing me og legal actions.I would like your help here as I have been victimized and harassed without any actions on the company's part to resolve the issue.
