Vodafone India — total blackout

no credit
no incoming calls
no outgoing calls

this is happening on 14-nov-2018 to 15-nov-2018

im in chennai, i couldnt call or receive calls, no sms is going. Very bad of Vodafone. They are still yet to fix the issue for more than 2 days. i have 3 months unlimited calls and data, but i couldnt make calls or receive calls for last 2 days,
