Vodafone India — unable to make any outgoing calls. says number is invalid

Since morning today, i am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number i dial it says number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 23rd april. Tried calling customer representative but unable to reach them as the call gets disconnected as soon as i am transfered to customer rep. I am located in aurangabad, maharashtra.
