Vodafone India — unable to make calls to bsnl landline

I am unable to make calls to any bsnl landline since many days. Initially was under the impression that it's bsnl problem but. Later realized that the outgoing calls don't connect only from vodafone and idea network. Have already raised complaint with their customer care but even after 10-12 days issue is not fixed. I have checked with few bsnl folks in officially and per them it appears like iuc issue. Because if this i and many like me are unable to call their parents who stay in native with no other connection except bsnl. Pls look into this.

Updated by RashmiBhat Complaint number I raised with customer care and it was supposed to be fixed by 24th Dec'19.

Updated by RashmiBhat Hi, May I get a turnaround time to fix this issue? This much delay for a well known network provider is not justified and now I'm thinking switching to other operator is better option.

Have been trying to call bsnl landline thru Vodafone but it does not get connected with message "couldn't connect"

Not able to make calls from my vodafone mobile to bsnl landline at Bhubaneswar already made complaint with vodafone customer care but the reply given to me the pack of 599 doesn't allow to call landline, as I am recharging from last 3years with some pack with no problem but last one month I can't make any calls to bsnl landline
