Without my permission, some random pack gets activated, and my money is deducted from the prepaid balance.
This is the second time that i'm facing this issue.
Received the msg "thanks for activating games portal now you can play unlimited games"
The pack is tv_vfplay180d.
Kindly refer to the corresponding screenshots attached.
Please refund the money associated with this pack.

If this is not taken seriously, then i'm going to opt-out of all vodafone services and definitely port my number to some other network provider. And i would never recommend vodafone to anybody.

    My brother number [protected] number is continues. Because this number march-2019 to closed. My brother go to vodafone store and given wrong infotmation.
    Agent name : mittal gupta
    She say that this number start for450 pay and start this number.
    My brother call me and say that 450 pay and start. I talk to she agent and tell me antiviruse securty for pay and rechaged. I go to ahamedabad vodafone store and number check and information give for this number.
    This number allready sell another number and this number is not your name. This is proper information. Location vodafone store: vodafone store, kaveri, shop no-1, 2, 3, 4, aakash complex, nr hotel, st bus stand rd, veraval, gujarat 362265
    Give security antiviruse for your numebr. What security antivirus?

      I have recharged pack of 3 months but still it's giving the worst speed and connectivity.
      Kindly check it out and resolve it asap.
      At any moment of time the internet just lost and speed is also getting slow.

        I never subscribed for vodafone games portal pack. Yesterday ₹35 is deducted from my account for games portal pack. I want vodafone to return the money they have deducted from account. Last week i raised the same complaint for hungamma play pack for deducting money withouty permission. Am not subscribing to any value added service but money is being deducted without my permission. Severely condemning vodafone for this.

          They just charge huge amount even after having fixed plan and never listen to your complaints. I am using postpaid connections from past 10 years and now from past 1 year they are harrasing me with huge bills. Even I pay show their executive that I am regularly paying every month they just suspended my account last month and asking me for the amount of Rs. 2200/- then 1800 & now 800/- as they are selling groceries. From this bargaining only you can understand how they are fooling people. I have paid till November 2019 after that they suspended my account still they are asking me to pay the above amount.

              Due to clicking the flash messages to activate the pack. This is rediculous, and people will never know what trap is set for them. How can clicking a flash message can activate the pack without asking confirmation again? It’s clear loot and vodafone can’t do this with their long time customers and after asking for refund in just 2 days they are saying it's too late for refund

                Hi,
                Recently, my vodafone balance is deducted mistakenly through flash message from my account about which i was not aware. After just 2 days i checked my balance and i get to know that balance is deducted so i have complained in customer service and they are telling me that i should have complained in 24 hours to get refund and i didn't get any refund from vodafone.

                  Series of events:
                  30th nov, 2019- applied to port from kol to delhi circle
                  Vodafone malviya nagar store forgets to handover the new sim
                  Till 3rd dec, 2019- no verification was done
                  4th dec, 2019- travelled abroad to uae and applied for 2999 plan, message received of activation, used for a day
                  By midnight, sim was blocked.

                  No connection till 10th dec, 2019.
                  Mails were sent to activate sim or deactivate 2999 plan. Response received that the 2999 plan wasn't activated and sim cannot be activated because i was on international travel.

                  Now bill gets generated by adding all the value of 7000.

                    I have no idea how many of you faced the same problem.
                    Whenever i make outgoing from my mobile(Vodafone), after every 30 or 31
                    minutes the call will disconnect automatically.I asked about this with vodafone customer care, they replied calmly, we never heard any such problems.I had a doubt that my mobile has some problem so i changed & checked it, but no use i was facing the same.

                    I don't know whether the mobile operator has the rights to disconnect the call automatically after 30 mins.Is that legal?.

I ve taken this no on 4Aug19 this is my primary no. at the time of taking this no I request to add my secondary no.[protected] for this both no I ve taken Rs.399 red family plan from vodafone customer care office located at NIBM road from Mr.Prashant customer care officer. He assure me that you got the bill under plan of Rs.399. but from the billing cycle i paying both bill separately it from last 4-5 months i ve received separate bill for both no. I randomly call u r customer care & also visited store for this query but as on date they not able to solve my issue. This is not my fault still i m paying the bill. I want waiver for my double payment total approx amount is Rs.4200 in 4months. Vodafone can apply charges as per 399 plan. I m attaching my both no bill & payment history pls check and help me for reversal my excess amount paid to vodafone. hope u understand my problem.

                        Its been months I have submitted my request to delivery the physical bill, but they do nothing other than raising a complaint.

                        I call them every 2-3 days for months and its the same response. Even my complaint to consumer complaints is with the same result.
                        They say they escalated and after that nothing.

                        No one, ever, should use Vodafone, thats my suggestion. They have a pathetic service.

                            Internet (Everywhere) and mobile network issue - in my house i don't get any network for internet and even sometimes for calling. I have escalated to vodafone a lot of times but nothing rectified. The situation is worse as soon as i enter my house my phone goes to no services, i am missing all emergency calls, i am missing calls from offices. I am tired complaining to vodafone. Vodafone has gone to the worst network service.

                              unable to make calls to bsnl landline

                              I am unable to make calls to any bsnl landline since many days. Initially was under the impression that it's bsnl problem but. Later realized that the outgoing calls don't connect only from vodafone and idea network. Have already raised complaint with their customer care but even after 10-12 days issue is not fixed. I have checked with few bsnl folks in officially and per them it appears like iuc issue. Because if this i and many like me...

                                  Today morning i received a message that hungama services are activated on your vodafone no on your request and rs49.00/- has been deducted. I just shocked because i had not requested any # services. It's ridiculous. Vodafone is doing fraud with indians. Pls ask them to refund my money.in past also this type of # was happened. I don't know what to do but i want that company should stop such type of fraud with customer. I am also planning to shift my no to other company.

                                    I, ravi rajesh kanojiya bought a sim card by choosing online numbers [protected] provided by them in the month of september around... After some days there were some caller calling again n again for salim (Previous holder of sim card)...

                                    I told them many times that this is new number that i have purchased recently and do not call again on this number... But they didn't stop

                                    Recently one of caller had a talk with my mom... And said how can u purchased this number... Ask ur son to talk to me...
                                    That was very irritating... This is still continued in a very bad way

                                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap... I facing a lot due to this kind of problem

                                      My vodafone number is a post paid number. I want to change my number from post paid to pre paid. So i applied in perundurai vodafone sekar on[protected]. I already paid rupees 1250 to change my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on[protected]. But not yet taking steps to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. Now the vodafone dealers again asking amount to refresh the process.

                                      My vodafone number is a postpaid number.i want to change my number from postpaid to prepaid.i already applied for this process on 8.11.2019. i already paid 1250 rupees for this process.but sill not yet change my number from postpaid to prepaid.now the dealers in perundurai vodafone dealer PTR LINKS again asking amount to refresh the process.
