Dear Sir/Mam,
I m using Vodafone No.[protected] for this no i have query. I ve taken this no on 4Aug19 this is my primary no. at the time of taking this no I request to add my secondary no.[protected] for this both no I ve taken Rs.399 red family plan from vodafone customer care office located at NIBM road from Mr.Prashant customer care officer. He assure me that you got the bill under plan of Rs.399. but from the billing cycle i paying both bill separately it from last 4-5 months i ve received separate bill for both no. I randomly call u r customer care & also visited store for this query but as on date they not able to solve my issue. This is not my fault still i m paying the bill. I want waiver for my double payment total approx amount is Rs.4200 in 4months. Vodafone can apply charges as per 399 plan. I m attaching my both no bill & payment history pls check and help me for reversal my excess amount paid to vodafone. hope u understand my problem.

    Hello,

    Its been months I have submitted my request to delivery the physical bill, but they do nothing other than raising a complaint.

    I call them every 2-3 days for months and its the same response. Even my complaint to consumer complaints is with the same result.
    They say they escalated and after that nothing.

    No one, ever, should use Vodafone, thats my suggestion. They have a pathetic service.

        Internet (Everywhere) and mobile network issue - in my house i don't get any network for internet and even sometimes for calling. I have escalated to vodafone a lot of times but nothing rectified. The situation is worse as soon as i enter my house my phone goes to no services, i am missing all emergency calls, i am missing calls from offices. I am tired complaining to vodafone. Vodafone has gone to the worst network service.

          unable to make calls to bsnl landline

          I am unable to make calls to any bsnl landline since many days. Initially was under the impression that it's bsnl problem but. Later realized that the outgoing calls don't connect only from vodafone and idea network. Have already raised complaint with their customer care but even after 10-12 days issue is not fixed. I have checked with few bsnl folks in officially and per them it appears like iuc issue. Because if this i and many like me...

              Today morning i received a message that hungama services are activated on your vodafone no on your request and rs49.00/- has been deducted. I just shocked because i had not requested any # services. It's ridiculous. Vodafone is doing fraud with indians. Pls ask them to refund my money.in past also this type of # was happened. I don't know what to do but i want that company should stop such type of fraud with customer. I am also planning to shift my no to other company.

                I, ravi rajesh kanojiya bought a sim card by choosing online numbers [protected] provided by them in the month of september around... After some days there were some caller calling again n again for salim (Previous holder of sim card)...

                I told them many times that this is new number that i have purchased recently and do not call again on this number... But they didn't stop

                Recently one of caller had a talk with my mom... And said how can u purchased this number... Ask ur son to talk to me...
                That was very irritating... This is still continued in a very bad way

                Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap... I facing a lot due to this kind of problem

                  My vodafone number is a post paid number. I want to change my number from post paid to pre paid. So i applied in perundurai vodafone sekar on[protected]. I already paid rupees 1250 to change my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on[protected]. But not yet taking steps to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. Now the vodafone dealers again asking amount to refresh the process.

                    This is to inform you that i just done a recharge of 30rs to my vodaphone number [protected] i got a mgs stating outgoing validity28 days but the outgoing and incoming validity was cut. Several times i have contacted customer care no response from them they were disconnecting the call and the issue was not resolved till now i'm worried abt it and the vodaphone customer care agents rahul (Supervisor), divya are very lethargic about the issue i got the mgs but they were not considering about it

                        Very slow internet.and i want it to be fast and i have made complain several times but that was not resolved by the scostumer care and its been 2 months and the problem of inter net still is there i dont know what to do so i came to this portal i hope my problem get sorted.

                          This is to bring your kind attention that nowadays some of mobile service providers like vodafone deliberately block outbound sms service from your phone. I raised complain a/g no-[protected] on 19th dec, but nothing was taken from their end. This is offensive/wrong business practice. I raised complain, personally visit local vodafone store, raised issue in vodafone customer service, but nothing was taken as of now. Not only so they misguided you and behave like unprofessional.
                          Hence want to raise my voice over here to stop this kind o[censored]nfair business deal by vodafone.

                            I am unable to send text messages. It shows error code 50 when i text to someone. I am always showing this error while sending text messages and iam highly disappointed with this. Though i recharge my number with an sms pack, it shows the error 50 and the text messages are not sending. I have this problem for the last 6 months. So kindly solve the error as soon as possible.

                              How long do i have to reactivate?
                              If this is not possible how long before number is available to purchase?

                              I have been givwn wrong information over and over again.

                              I was told postpaid would not be deactivated. I paid my bills to 16.12.19. I was told in store i can freeze number if away and a friend could do this for me. When she went to freeze number they refused saying i had to do in person so we could not as i was away at that time.

                              My number was deactivated on 4.12.19 due to non usage. Customer services say go to store. I cannot as away until 1st february. They say i need to go to store before then or i will lose number. Emailing service advisors just keep repeating same answer. One advisor said i can send friend with my id copies. Store refused to accept this. Then friend asked can they purchase nunber in their name (This is important number for us). Store say no she cannot purchase but did not say why.

                                I have raised request to close my postpaid connection "[protected]", but still the bill gets generated for every month. I have walked into the office twice and raised the concern but still no action taken. I have sent the request twice over mail.

                                Note: i have confirmed the closure of connection over the phone to concerned executive when i was called.

                                    Since last 2 months i am facing this issue. Vodafone has automatically activatrd maaza mobile scheme and dedicated charges from balance. Had complained today to customer care and asked for refund but they are also not giving satisfactory answer. Need urgent attention and refund of my last 3 rechargea which is deducted for this fraud scheme of maaza mobile.

                                      Vodafone seems to have started a new scam. They deduct the money from your prepaid balance (Without even informing you via text message), almost twice/ thrice every month, and then when you randomly check your balance, you get shocks.

                                      When you then contact the customer care asking them about it, they say that they cannot file a complaint because the complaint has to be filed within 24 hours. (Logic is lost on vodafone here)

                                      Now after that, even if you are successful in registering a complaint request, and then follow up with them on its status, they say that there was an error in creating the request. (Why are such incapable people still there? They had one job)

                                      After this, you need to call them uncountable amounts of time to get back "your" money, that "you" put in the balance for something that "you did not do"

                                      I have an account with vodafone for past 9 years. Never had i ever faced such issues only until june 2019. Since then i have been calling the customer care atleast thrice every month. This has become my part time job.

                                      The latest deduction in my account was rs. 49 that was wrongfully deducted. The only reason i even recharge the sim card is because it has been linked with so many accounts and would be troublesome to change the contact number everywhere.

                                      Provide a solution instantly.

                                      Vodafone hasn't called me back again yet post commenting here. Request to Vodafone customer care to resolve the issue asap.

                                      Neither had Vodafone appellate responded to my complaint.
