Vodafone India — unable to port | |||
Hi, i am trying to port my number from vodafone to another network since last 4 days. Everytime i send a message port reply says, "sorry! Requested mobile number is not in active state". On the other hand, i do have number validity, main balance, incoming, outgoing and data pack on my number. Why this inconvenience? I have visited vodafone's stores multiple times, they keep on telling me try after 24 hours. How will it get resolved in 24 hours without doing anything on your side?
