Vodafone India — unable to send sms while on international roaming

I am out of india right now since 16/11/17. Vodafone has already deducted rs.99 for roaming for 30 days. But i am unable to send sms. I am receiving messages from all souces. While sending sms there is a problem. Sending failed is displayed adjacent to sms..

I am trying since last 4-5 days... No success. I do not get any reply/reason from vodafone as to why sms sending failed.

My number is vodafone prepaid [protected].

Please help on urgent basis.
