Dear vodafone team.,

My name is d. Hari baskaran, i am residing at 422., sai baba nagar, tirupattur taluk, vellore district, tn - pincode 635601.
Since., 2013 september on wards, i was using the vodafone postpaid connection for almost 3 yrs 6 months., i was regualarly paying on time. I was subscribing premium plans like rs.2499/- and rs.1999/- plan. I was good repayer.

During december 2016., i was missed my mobile and simcard during my travel in bus. I was reportedly to local vodafone collection center, while written the letter. They say, the sim card was blocked, we will intimate you when the sim card ready.. Due to that, i paid my dues at that center and my due was rs.3000/- during that day itself.

Last week, i got one call from express courier, they sais "the courier was not delivered to your house door number", i was surprisely shock, immediately, i was check the sender address of that consignment of letter", finally, i come to know that. The courier was sent by vodafone collection team at chennai who is representing lawyer team and the person name is mr. Ravi kumar and his mobile number is [protected].

When we have a talk about the letter, he says that, the uncleared bills was generated by vodafone and we are representing the letter too. He replied like that, but, i replied about my phone number was already missing, also, i have already the payment of my simcard when i missed., but, i am surprisingly shock and he told to me pay, the fifity % of pending dues., the actuall due are rs, 6945/-, but, he quoted rs.7455/- and he asked me pay to his account, with the amount of rs.4500/- initial paymanet and remaining you have to pay after get a simcard again. But, i am asking about my re activate of my simcard and also, i am expecting the authiorised persons contact details of chennai vodafone team. But.. He started scolding with abusing words to me and threatening like anything. I am scared.

I never say that, i can not able to pay anything like that, i ask the authorised letter or authorised vodafone center through that, i can able to pay the dues and able to get, my simcard back as a activate mode. But., i did not get a healthy reply.

I am upset.., please initaite the necessary action about the person and provide me a suggestions that, how to process fruther?

    Hello,

    My mobile number is :91 [protected]
    I had called up the vodaphone customer care and informed to cancel/disconnect my number and asked to change prepaid since i need to travel outside india for long period.

    Vodaphone customer executive had acknowledged to my request and they mentioned me not to worry and necessary steps are taken to cancel my post-paid connection.
    Based on my request, i can see my service request raised in your portal, please find the attached for reference (Sr #[protected] dated : 15-sep-2017). By having this sr i was sure vodafone will fulfill my request and provide good service to their customer.

    For not of my mistake, i need to undergo unnecessary trauma to handle this issue. Currently vodaphone is making harassing calls and asking to pay monthly bills without making disconnection.

    I have attached my request as well.

    I have requested to deactivation my postpaid connection on Sep-15-2017 but still they haven't deactivated.

    Please provide necessary action to convert postpaid to prepaid connection.

      I am not able to send sms to 1900 for mobile number portability.
      When i am sending sms 'port ' to 1900, i am receiving an error that message failed to send.
      I am not facing any problem while sending sms to other numbers.
      Why is vodafone blocking this number? Please resolve this issue. I want to change to other operator. Please send me the upc for porting.

        Hi all,

        Same thing has kept troubling me for around 2 weeks now and despite my so many customer care requests the problem is not resolving. They keep deducting my balance and subscribing to useless value added services everyday. I cannot recharge my balance due to this fear and am apprehensive that this can land me in trouble during any emergency.

        I am also shocked to see that this problem is common with them and they are not trying to resolve it.

          I got my recharge done on 24.11.2017 at 9:30 pm of rs. 395. The recharge is a pack which includes 1 gb data/day & unlimited local + national calls for 70 days and so says the message which i received. Now, all of a sudden i'm getting a message on 25.11.2017 at 1:15 am stating that credits to my m-pesa account have been blocked due to regulatory non-compliance. Earlier, i could check my remaining data, now i can't. My active plan is being shown as invalid, data remaining is shown 0. Moreover, the unlimited calling plan is being shown to expire on 30.11.2017.

          My question is what sort of nuisance is this and is this the kind of treatment vodafone gives to its customers, despite knowing the fact that their customers can switch their loyalty to other service providers as well if they do such kind of deceptive tricks. Then what difference do they make exactly and how are they any better than the rest? Why should i be still sticking on your side?

          I demand an urgent solution

            Similarly with me, why i am not able to send the porting message to 1900. have you guys intentionally blacked the message service for 1900? so that customer will face problem during porting process. I want to port out from Vodafone.I need urgently. Solve my problem. I am trying from last two days.

              unable to send sms while on international roaming

              I am out of india right now since 16/11/17. Vodafone has already deducted rs.99 for roaming for 30 days. But i am unable to send sms. I am receiving messages from all souces. While sending sms there is a problem. Sending failed is displayed adjacent to sms..

              I am trying since last 4-5 days... No success. I do not get any reply/reason from vodafone as to why sms sending failed.

                Hi,

                Yesterday, i have received legal pre-litigation notice from manish agarwal from vodafone india. On the same day, i received reminder email as well... Refer below mail. Asking me to remain present at 11.00 a. M. On 09/12/2017 at district court, shivajinagar, pune for amicable settlement.

                After responding to this email mr. Pravin called me who's name and numbers ([protected], [protected]) mentioned in the e-mail.

                Also, they have sent one fellow mr. Ganesh more to my residence for collection for pending bill payment.

                After that in the noon, i got a call from mr. Pravin, after telling him all the truth he asked to cancel the connection sending mail to manish agarwal??? And clear the payment beforehand... This act is forcing the customer to pay for unutilized and substandard services.

                I can sense that with having no ability to resolve my issue vodafone is keeping my connection on even after sent a mail for cancellation of both the connections, they keep generating bills and following-up for payment.

                I really appreciate their efficiency, proactiveness in this process or recovery but what about customer satisfaction? Are they really providing the services per slas? Why they are not checking the reason for non-payment of bills.. And just started accusing customers...

                Then the questions fall in mind; why they don't have inter-department communication? Why customer has to face every time every other person fro same reason and has to explain the same thing again and again? Don't they have a complaint backup?

                The whole process is purely mental harassment, cheating and bluffing.

                Please do the needful.

                Looking forward pure justice.

                I have every proof of me... I. E. Complaints raised, call records, chats. Etc.

                I am not very sure if it is a right forum to raise the complaint as I have not received any feedback or solution. I am still getting threatening calls from the Lawyer.

                  I was using alcatel mifi and the battery died within 8 months. I wanted to purchase battery. I called the 1800 number mentioned on box and was on ivr for half an hour, never reached anyone on that number. When i visited store, they asked me to find alcatel service centre on my own. I dialled 199 number and even they couldnt help in this case. I'm already dissatisfied with the speed, on top of that i'm not getting any support. Vodafone, not happy to help!

                    Roudly spoken and not solve the problem and then saying you go these words use when i reach at vodafone mini store neb sarai when i reached at mini store in neb sarai i simply ask her plsss check whether my post number has been closed and last also paid so check these thing and then he tell me to wait ok then after 25 standing there i ask her how much more time then he i don't if you want to wait you or you can go... This is way to talk

                    At the time of buying your services you call daily again and again and if bill paid latter you charge late and then also this behaviour we need to face from your side and for any other info you call me i explain you [protected]

                      I purchased a alcatel dongel in april and i was charged 5000 ₹ for 6 months. After 6 months i went to voda store and asked the executive whether the service has stopped or not he said its stopped. Today i recieved a call from one of your executive that payment of ₹4000 is pending. How can you people do this? In the name of your so called company you are robbing the people. You are requested to solve this issue as soon as possible

                        I have ported my number from idea to vodafone as vodafone was giving a good corporate plan. They told me that there is corporate plan of rs 99.in which i will be getting 200 local + std mins and 1gb 4g data every month.
                        Also that plan was not mentioned on their pamflet, so when i questioned, they wrote it by pen (Attached).
                        So after i ported my number to vodafone, i called customer care to confirm the details of my plan. Now they are saying in my plan i will be getting 100 std mins and 100 local mins (Instead of 200 local+std) and 1gb 4g data is for one time only, from next month i will not be getting the data. I ported the number as i require std calls which they have reduced to 100 only (As per customer care) and also the data. If they are not providing me the data then there is no benefit of this plan to me.
                        Now they are saying take another costly plan. But my question is that i ported my number because of the cheap plan which they were providing. And if i had to take costlier plan only then why would i port my number.
                        Now what i want is that they should give me the plan which i was promised, atleast for first 3 months. As i can not port to another network before 3 months (As per their policy)

                          Hi team,
                          This is abhishek pawar with mobile no. [protected]. I am writing in regards to complaint about network issue which i am facing since 2 to 3 months. Network problem is not limited to only one place, but i am facing in almost all the places in the city. I have raised soo many complaints, but no one is bothered to solve the issue. 3 days back i even called vodafone customer centre and spoke lady, but she is not able to escalate to her manager about this issue. I have not used vodafone calling/internet services for the whole month, and even though vodafone have charged me full bill payment.
                          So, i would like vodafone to bill me for my usage in the month instead of billing me full month charges.
                          Because of this network issue, i have faced many problems, even i got escalation from my clients in workplace as this is my primary number.
                          So, i would like vodafone to take some serious action on this and solve the issue at earliest.
                          Hoping to get this solved as soon as possible because i am not going to pay a single penny extra which i have not used.

                            Hi had in error activated ir on the on 25th oct i'm error via the app. Within 3mins of the activation i called the customer care where mr. Ahil anil kumar answer my query where clearly promised a refund of 2500/- which was a activation charge as i have not used the service he also informed that refund can be processed once the bill is generated. Than i got a survey to which i rated him 9 everywhere. Than i call back after my bill was generated. Where a supervisor call sameer answered the call who was very very rude who denied the refund stating that is not the process. As a consumer i don't care what the process is. If some one has promised something and also left a note in black and white how can u go back on the promise. I have been a customer since last 20 years paid bill above 5000 and the the question is not of 2500 but it is a question of promise made... I have been through lot inconvenience because of vodafone and i want compensation for everything as they just lie and cheat when it come to making money... Manager are rude reps don't know what they are doing and top it all decline a promise made.
                            I need this issue resolved or will file a case as i have the recording and their own notes to support me

                              My vodafone no.[protected]. From last few days one sms comes on my mobile screen "please enter 1 to allow purchase else cancel/dismiss the request". I am cancelling every time then also message comes that as requested entertainment store pack/vodafone tv all channel pack/re 1 store pack /vodafone games pack etc. Now active & amount is deducted from my balance. I had visited vodafone store & every time the person deactivate all request from their system & tells that now it wont come. But very next day again same thing happens. Now also there is a message that "due to low balance, vodafone games pack could not be activated. We will hold the request & start the service if you recharge within 7 days."
                              Now how can i recharge my balance.
                              I am attaching screen shot of my mobile for the reference.
                              Please do the needful as this is no only my case there are so many people facing the same & vodafone are lootig the public.

                              Yes i am also facing the same issue and there is no setting on phone by which we can disable this message. and Value added service (VAS) charges are getting added continuously to the bills.
                              Please do the needful in this regards ASAP and provide a solution...

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I want to bring to your kind notice fraud committed by one of your representative ms. Shweta posted at vodafone store, sarabha nagar market, ludhiana.
                                About two months ago, i went to the above said vodafone store and met ms. Shweta for getting a micro sim for my vodafone number [protected]. Ms shweta said that i will not get a micro sim as my address is not verified. She said that for verifying my address, she will issue us a new number and this way my old number will also be verified. She also said that after 15 days the new number will be disconnected. Thus i agreed to her terms and bought the new sim (Mobile number [protected]).
                                After 15 days i again went to above said vodafone store, met ms shweta and returned the new sim with mobile number [protected]. She took my sim and told us that this number is now disconnected. After all this i received a bill of rs. 392.36 dated 27 october 2017. I again went to ms shweta, she asked me to deposit rs. 90, and said i will not receive any further bills. I deposited rs.90/-. But again this month i have received a bill of rs.801.80.
                                I am not even using the number [protected], i do not even have the sim and even then i am receiving the bills.
                                It is a fraud and i am thinking of disconnecting all my vodafone numbers.
                                Kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon.

                                  I was just streaming youtube as usual last night.
                                  Suddenly got a message from vm-insubs
                                  Screenshot attached.

                                  After few moments,
                                  Got another message from vm-vfcare.

                                  I sent a sms 'stop' to 155223 to deactivate the service.
                                  They sent me a confirmation message of deactivation of the service.

                                  But i want the money refunded which they deducted for a service i didn't subscribed.

                                  I want them to refund the money back in my account balance.

                                  Please take any action.

                                    Hi I got a new connection with Vodafone for my business and mostly for incoming calls.

                                    I started using the phone as they gave me message to disconnect the number if i do not use my phone. Downloaded the Vodafone app on the iPhone 5s.

                                    The notification showcased some special offers and the call to action button (CTA) read "Know More".

                                    Upon clicking the button "Know more" it activated the plan to 399 per month. If it was an activation button shouldn't it say "Activate Now"? The same happened with a data pack to with the push notification and they activated the pack. Escalated this issue the Vodafone store in Koramangala Bangalore. They kept hiding behind their system and failed to understand my issue. They have suspended my number. I have used this number for all my marketing campaign which is technically a loose in Business for me. I have not received any help from Vodafone. This a technical bug at their end and a User Interface issue. I have been billed for 1800 for it and they are telling me I have got value out it. I also use ACT Fibernet with 350GB plan and airtel with over 40Gb of pending data on the other number. I would not have the need for 1Gb on Vodafone and pay a fee of 1800 for it's usage.

                                    To add to that in the special offers suggested in the application there was one booster pack for 1gb costing 250 and one more offer for 5gb costing 250. why will would one activate the 1gb pack if you getting 5gb for the same price.

                                    Everyone seems to cover behind the so called system and are unable to provide value to customers. The store said I got value for their service, Shouldn't it be the other way around? Should I being the customer who needs to tell if the service was of value to me or not? Why are consumers not empowered in our country? We are a nation of consumers and all these MNC's are ripping us off in bits and not offering real value.

                                    Contant mailling and response to the collection team too is yielding me no response. They have ways to record our details and are miss using the system to put the fault at we consumers. How do we get to make the voice of the consumer more powerful and heard?
