Vodafone India — Unauthorised plan change | |||
My Name is Ramesh, My Number is [protected]. I recharged my Mobile with 296/- Internet Pack 2G Unlimited Yesterday I recently talked with the Customer Care today as i was not receiving any offers for Full Talktime or any other offers. So I told him to give me some offers. The Person talking to me said i will get offers soon. Today I received a Messege stating that My 3G Internet Pack is Active whereas i did not recharge any 3G Pack. My Usage is very high so a 3G Pack is very expensive for me. I contacted the Customer Care about the Issue. I told them to activate my Older plan that i recharged with Yesterday. The Customer Care person was very rude to me. He was only saying that It cannot be reversed. I also told him that it want my Mistake but then also he kept saying the same. At last i told him that i will put a Complain and Port to Airtel. He said with very Rude Tone - " Do whatever you can " ( Jo kar sakte ho vo karlo ) My Request to Vodafone is to please Reverse my Transaction or lose your Customer. I have also put a Port Request.
