I am being charged for unwanted VAS services which I haven't used. My bill amount is exceeding the dynamic credit limit. Vodafone is not justifying there act rather asking to pay the due amount within the due date.
I'm very clear in my state, that vodafone is not informed me about exceeding my credit limit by any manner. Also vodafone is not informed me about changing my plan to dynamic credit limit.
So i won't pay until i get right response, also i googled and found many customers were affected by the same reason.
