There are multiple things.
Firstly, the data connection that never ever works on vodafone network. I have raised multiple complaints over a period of time. But, nobody bothered and their network is again the same. Out of 40 gb/m data, i could only and hardly use about 1gb of data per month you can check my data consumption.

My primary concern is that i had already paid a bill of rs. 300 for december and even then my connection was not made active and my outgoing facility was barred. After raising a complaint with the vodafone customer care, they enabled it for 2 days. Then again it was barred. Then i had to escalate it to the appellate authority. Then somebody by the name kalaiselvi called me and stated that "we have enabled your services and waived of the late payment charges". But, the connection again went off in 2 days and since last 2 days i have no outgoing facility on my number. This is is ridiculous and disgusting. Even after making the payment, the vodafone is not ready to activate my line.
I want to file a complaint / case against vodafone for not fulfilling services even after taking service charges from the customer.

    I had requested vodafone to activate international roaming pack for thailand for one week on 16.12.2019 for my mobile no as well as for my husband's mobile no.

    On 21.12.2019 i again requested vodafone to cancel the pack as our thailand trip was cancelled. When i received the bill i noticed 2999 has been charged for my no. Few months back also same thing had happened i had requested them to cancel the pack on both the numbers still they charged us.

    I am really disappointed.

      By mistakenly redx plan activate on my vodafone number. Please deactivate it immediately. Also when redx plan activate on my number immediately i called customer care for deactivate, they registered my complaint on dated 31st dec 2019.

        Please note the complain against number [protected].
        He is calling as vodafone manager, and saying to send some service messages, which can cancel your service requests and many more threats.

        This is really bad for vodafone customers, i don’t know how vodafone company is revealing information to these people, or they are working for company itself.

            Today suddenly messages are started which says i have activated some service for that they have deducted 49 from my vodafone prepaid mobile number [protected]. I have requested to deactivate the the activated services. After deactivation it's activated again. Again my balance got deducted. Another time i have requested for deactivation. Is it not a harrasment that without doing anything, i was busy at my work and they activating some services and charging money for that. My 100 rupees got deducted. Such a # network. I am going to port my number and not going to recommend anyone to use vodafone mobile india.

            Complete refund of the deducted amount is still not received. Check my balance deduction history and issue the deducted amount. A part of deducted amount is credited.
            I am not able to sending text messages it show error code 50 when i text to someone. I am always showing this error while sending text messages. IAM highly disappointed with this. I had been showing this error for the last 6 months. Kindly solve the error as soon as possible.
            I am facing problems regarding Network. 4G is not at all available. Leave 4G, 2G network is also not available.

              Sir i have been using vodafone number for years but due to shifting from one place to another i stopped using it for few months. The company alloted my number to someone else and my this number was connected to my private accounts. I have attached id proof to this number now some one else is using it.. Kindly look into this matter because it is harmful for me from security view point as everywhr my name is showing regarding this number and it can be misused also.

              ENGLISH SEEKHO WEEKLY pack has got activated on my Vodafone sim without my prior consent . 3 day rental of rupees 15 has been deducted from my balance. Please look into this i want refund of my balance deducted.

                I recently opted for vodafone red-x plan by mistake, for which i am charged per month inr 999/- + taxes. Now i want to change my postpaid plan but vodafone is saying that i have to pay an exit fee of inr 3000 or i have to continue with red-x plan.

                This is violating trai regulations.

                  I have been charged 2562 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 183.10 mins, that too morning 7am. Which is in all the way un realistic & that number was used by my 70 years old mom. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call at 7am is unrealistic, top of that talking for 183.10 mins is not at all possible. When my credit limits crossed on that day, my phone services got stopped. During my several discussions that time with vodafone teams they says that you have to pay that amount if i want my services continue & company will check same once my bill gets generated. Now i talk today 5 jan 2020 to customer-care & they says they cant do anything on this... Regarding way offs & how can i proof that we didn't call on such number. Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue

                    I have my mobile number [protected]. Vodaphone stated m service with out my clearence.
                    Kindly stop the service and refund the amount.
                    Also i am asking to stop the service via sms but no service issue.
                    Vodaphone not giving the proper service or and harrasing the customer
                    I prabhakar save repeatedly asking the same for the same but sms issue.
                    It is very unlikely to us for the repetative cuttin the money.

                      Now 8 days no resolution i will keep on updating this horrible experince i just want to upgrade my plan to higher one i did with app and it did not upgraded called call center they are giving promises from last 5 days it will be resolved in 24 hours and it is escalted to highest level shocked to see that highest level itself takes this much amount of time till today no resolution and one more false promise of 24 hours opting out from vodafone due such multiple issues very disappointing

                        I had tried for an online recharge of rs 399 (56 days) on 21st december 2019. Though the amount was debited from my account, it was not activated. I complained to the customer care on 23rd december and i was assured the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I again contacted the customer care on 31st dec. Who asked me to wait for an hour. I waited for 2 days and since then has been calling every alternate day. Unfortunately, my refund has not yet been made. I request immediate action in this regard.

                          I had never requested to activate any kind of mobile services pack, though it has been already activated without any concent, company also deducted 35rs my account, since 1 year they were giving best service but this time i am really disappointed with this kind of service provided by the company

                            getting service calls even after port out from vodafone

                            I have ported out from vodafone to another operator, however i am still receiving calls. I have informed their executive that i am no longer a customer of vodafone and requested them to remove my number from their database. Even after so many request i keep getting calls from them every 15 minutes. Can anyone help me stop these annoying calls, it's getting really frustrated...

                            I have been using vodafone services for the past 4 years on a monthly plan of rs499.00
                            Because of their poor network in bangalore, i had to shift to airtel (Mobile no portability)

                            Post 2 denials vodafone approved my mnp request and i have paid in advance for that month.

                            Now, they are charging rs1200/- for 10 days o[censored]sage.

                            I am ready to pay 499 but not 1200 for 10 days.

                            Vodafone has summoned me. (Yet to receive the same)

                            Need a clarification from

                              Hi,

                              I have written to vodafone care twice now with no help. Vodafone.in website no longer allow to login to your account and review your bill details. Bill details we get on email are not itemized which we use to get earlier. Every time i try to login to the website there is a popup which blocks and push you to download the app. Now this app does either has itemize bill. I am a corporate customer and always use to get itemized bill but it stopped suddenly and we need it from time to time for corporate claims.

                                  On 23 dec2019 received a sms my vodafone idea number [protected] and [protected] your plan has change with new rs 99, with out my permission, next day i am chat with care department he register my complaint c[protected], he give assurance its a technical problem we will disuses with our higher team and revert back with in 48 hrs. Yesterday received a call from care department he also connivance me for new plan and close my case. My running plan arp650 is valide till july2021, how can i agree for change with new.

                                  I already paid rupees 1250 to change my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on[protected]. But not yet taking steps to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. now the vodafone dealers again asking amount to refresh the process.

                                    Vodafone charged Rs. 49 under VAS item - wwap_dls049_ppu_kin01467053 which is neither explainable nor detailed on the Bill nor when contacted Customer Care Number.
                                    Please provide the resolution for it.

                                      Today morning i was recharging via google pay to my vodafone number but by mistakenly I have recharged to another Vodafone number through google pay.
                                      I am very much tensed and stressed regarding this issue and feeling very much depressed. Please do the refund to my account and do the needful as soon as possible as i m not having enough money with me at this moment of time for recharging again .Hope that my complaint will be resolved soon .

                                      I have done my vodafone prepaid recharge for [protected] of Rs.36 through Googlepay, even money got deducted from my bank account, still the balance is not updated.
                                      My friend is trying to convert his mobile network even after making several recharge for the purpose of porting number he is not able to send the message and custumer care is also not responding and just giving fake information and just assuring him but everything in a vain. Till now he have made recharge of rs 90 without any reason .
                                      I am currently using Vodafone network and I want to switch it to Airtel, but as I send the port msg to 1900 it is getting failed. Where's other messages can be send.plz help me out.
                                      How can a prepaid number have negative balance, this has been happening to me for like a year. Fix this or I'll consider porting my number to an another provider. And then I recharged 49 Rs. all rounder pack still it's showing negative balance. What the hell, man? Stop robbing customers.
                                      I already paid rupees 1250 to change my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid on[protected]. But not yet taking steps to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. now the vodafone dealers again asking amount to refresh the process.
