Vodafone India — Unnecessary Charges in Mobile Bill | |||
This is in reference to my mobile phone connection with Vodafone India. My billing cycle end on 2nd of every month. When I called Vodafone( talked to Customer Service person : Aman Sethi)on the 3rd of the month to change the plan, which is the first day of my Monthly cycle, I was being told that I have to pay full charges for the previous monthly plan as well as the new plan that I am asking for. When I wants to clarify the reason for this, the response received was that I should have called a day before if I wanted this.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is complete extortion on the part of Vodafone India, where the charges are collected for services that the customer has not even used. All my requests to speak to a supervisor at Vodafone has fell on deaf ears(To top it all I was placed on hold for approx 20min, in the hope that I will hang up eventually).
