[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary phone billing and fraud by the agent | |||||
Hello, I had purchased a VODAFONE postpaid connection with corporate benefits in Month of September 2011. Initial days only, i felt VODAFONE service was miserable and pathetic. Bad service include unnecessary extra billing, no response from customer care .Considering that i could not get any response from VODAFONE over phone support i had to visit a VODAFONE customer point .I was shocked to find that the data plan are unnecessarily charged more. I have lost my mobile phone in the office on 29th November 2016. Till now we have waited for CCTV footage but still clue was not found. Hence please block my Sim card.
My no is not working properly... incoming and outgoing is totally off... Vodafone store is not respond...
