Vodafone India — vas activated every month without my consent | |||
Hi, i am vodafone for cellular service from last 4-5 years. When 4g was not there, vodafone was used to charge a lot but still i never had issues with bills however when i got my number converted into 4g corporate plan, they started charging for those things which i am not even aware of. Last month (Feb-mar) a value added service indiagames wwe [protected]@90 was shown active in my bill. I reported about that and vodafone did accept the mistake and reverse the amount. Also it was deactivated by them for which i have the confirmation. For my surprise, the same vas got activated this month (April) and not only this 4 other downloads costing 99.00 inr each was also added. I am not even aware what kind of downloads these are! When i contacted them, they straight away said it is correct and i have to pay. Why should i pay for something which i have never opted and not aware of. Just because there is no other way to earn money, vodafone has started this new trick with its consumers. I did see other same requests lying here for the same reason. I have attached the copy of bill for your reference. I would also like to make it clear that the time which vodafone has shown for downloading, this number remains switched off or on locker at that particular period due to office hours. Request you to take a stern action. I will pay the bill for the services i got but i will not pay for not used vas. Was this information helpful? | |||
