Vodafone India — Vodafone charged me value added subscriptions and other data content related subscriptions without my consent

I have been repeatedly sent mails by vodafone who have been repeatedly charging me for subscriptions i had not consented to use (Mails sent on 31 may, june 8, june 12). They have been harassing me with these legal notices, even after replying to them and asking them to check on the subscriptions that have been wrongfully charged to me.

In the month of february, i called their customer service center asking them why they had charged me for value added service subscriptions when i had not asked for those services. The value added services charged to my account were:

Zeen supermodel
The total amount charged to my account was rs 330/- for the month of february. The only services i had used in the month of february apart from phone calls that are part of the plan were two 3g data pack top-ups amounting to rs 700/-, which i told them i would oblige to pay for once we reached a consensus on deducting these services that have been charged on my bill.

After calling their customer service executive, they said they would close the subscriptions (Asked them to go through their telephone records). Sadly they din't bother to close it and i was charged for the month of march and april. This made me incredibly furious and i vouched that i would never choose vodafone services once again, let alone pay the bill unless they reverted.
Their executive claimed it wasn't possible to revert back the subscription, i told him why should i be paying for the subscription i haven't downloaded, let alone use.

Then in the march bill, i'm charged rs 626 as value added subscription charges for some bizarre services and rs 750 for vas charges in the february bill and rs 700 as content charges. Subscriptions that i had neither enrolled or used during these months.

These are all fraudulent charges put on my bill that i do not comply with since i have never used them neither have i downloaded them. I have talked to their customer service executive to no avail.

I will not with paying my bill once these charges have been revoked. I have requested them to not send me emails unless you have complied with these demands, since i will appeal to consumer court in case they keep sending these mails.
